We’ve hit the final week of the UFL regular season, and even at this stage, each game has some importance to it.
There’s still one playoff spot up for grabs, with Birmingham on the outside looking in and needing major help to push Louisville out of the picture.
And we’re getting what could be a dynamite playoff preview with Orlando battling D.C., which would be a third straight matchup with how everything shakes out.
You can’t tune out Week 10, so stick around as I share my UFL predictions and free betting picks.

Dallas Renegades vs St. Louis Battlehawks
Friday, 8:00 p.m. ET, FOX
| Renegades | Battlehawks | |
|---|---|---|
| +5.5 (-110) | Spread | -5.5 (-110) |
| +205 | Moneyline | -250 |
| Over 45.5 (-110) | Total | Under 45.5 (-110) |
St. Louis can lock in a Top 2 finish with a win and send the reeling Renegades to a seventh straight loss.
They’re powered by the best defense in the U, allowing 246.2 yards per game and stuffing the run to the tune of 84.6 yards per contest.
But their offense could use a pre-playoff tuneup.
They’re putting up just 288.8 yards per game, and only Houston has scored fewer TDs than them on the year.
Defense dictates here, and the score goes low.
Pick: Under 46.5 (-110 at bet365)
Houston Gamblers vs Birmingham Stallions
Saturday, 3:00 p.m. ET, ESPN2
| Gamblers | Stallions | |
|---|---|---|
| +2.5 (-110) | Spread | -2.5 (-110) |
| +130 | Moneyline | -155 |
| Over 45 (-110) | Total | Under 45 (-110) |
Birmingham had the inside track to a playoff berth, then collapsed in Week 9 to Cancun-bound Columbus, blowing 20-8 and 23-14 second-half leads before losing 36-29.
QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson – a midseason pickup that turned the Stallions' fortunes around – needs a bounce back.
DTR was just 16-for-35 for 157 yards and two INTs, the last a back-breaking, game-ending Pick-6.
They need a win and hope Orlando and Louisville both lose.
Houston is out to play spoiler, but this is the lowest scoring team in the league. Birmingham should be able to beat the Gamblers and at least give themselves a shot.
Pick: Stallions -2.5 (-110 at bet365)
Orlando Storm vs DC Defenders
Sunday, 12:00 p.m. ET, ABC
| Storm | Defenders | |
|---|---|---|
| -1.5 (-110) | Spread | +1.5 (-110) |
| -120 | Moneyline | +100 |
| Over 47 (-110) | Total | Under 47 (-110) |
They end the year with a home-and-home series, but it’s very likely this is also a playoff matchup next week.
These are the UFL’s Top 2 offenses in terms of total yards, and the only two that have averaged 300+ yards per game on the year.
D.C. leads the league in scoring at 28.4 points per game, while Orlando ranks fourth at 22.6.
The Storm allowed the fewest points per game at 18.1, but D.C. is at or near the top of many defensive stat boards, including tackles for loss, forced fumbles, and sacks.
Orlando definitely wants to win to clinch the top seed, but I expect both teams to go extra vanilla, so as to not put anything new on tape ahead of next week.
That should keep the play calling conservative, and the scoring low.
Pick: Under 46.5 (-110 at bet365)
Louisville Kings vs Columbus Aviators
Sunday, 6:00 p.m. ET, FOX
| Kings | Aviators | |
|---|---|---|
| -2.5 (-105) | Spread | +2.5 (-115) |
| -135 | Moneyline | +115 |
| Over 46.5 (-110) | Total | Under 46.5 (-110) |
The final game of the regular season for Louisville could be a "win and you’re in" scenario, though it's possible that other Week 10 results will help the Kings get locked in beforehand.
Louisville has been an offensive juggernaut, averaging 33.3 points during a current three-game win streak. They rocked Dallas 37-23 in Week 9, piling up 470 total yards, including 250 on the ground.
That balance led Chandler Rogers to his best performance of the year, throwing for 266 yards and accounting for three total TDs.
Columbus drilled a nail into the Birmingham coffin, but I don't think lightning strikes twice here.
Pick: Kings moneyline (-135 at bet365)
