The inaugural United Football League season was dominated by the Birmingham Stallions, the back-to-back champions of the USFL. The Stallions opened as the favorites to repeat and held that claim for most of the year, but an upset at the hands of the Michigan Panthers in the Conference Championship round dashed their dreams of hoisting yet more hardware.
Here are the latest UFL Championship odds ahead of Saturday's season finale between the Panthers and the D.C. Defenders.

UFL Championship odds analysis
6/10/25: The Conference Championships saw some high-scoring upsets as the Michigan Panthers (-162) beat the Birmingham Stallions 44-29, while the D.C. Defenders (+136) toppled the St. Louis Battlehawks 36-18. The UFL Championship Game total is set at a sky-high 49.5.
Previous UFL betting action
6/2/25: The St. Louis Battlehawks (+200) have been tabbed as the team to beat by the oddsmakers ahead of the UFL playoffs. They'll host the D.C. Defenders (+450) as 3.5-point favorites in the XFL Conference Championship Game. The Birmingham Stallions (+235) are narrow 1.5-point favorites over the Michigan Panthers (+255) in the USFL Conference Championship Game. 5/21/25: The Michigan Panthers (+175) moved to 6-2 after beating the Houston Roughnecks 30-18 in Week 8, tied for the best record in the UFL with the St. Louis Battlehawks (+225) and the D.C. Defenders (+425). The Birmingham Stallions (+290) fell to 5-3 after losing 29-28 to St. Louis in Week 8. These four teams are locked into the postseason, which begins on June 8. 5/7/25: The Birmingham Stallions (+275) remain favored following their blowout 26-3 win over the San Antonio Brahmas in Week 6, but the Michigan Panthers (+290) pulled quite close after their 38-14 thumping of the D.C. Defenders (+500). The St. Louis Battlehawks (+300) remain close as well after a 12-6 win over the Arlington Renegades. 5/1/25: The Birmingham Stallions (+310) are still favored but drifted up from +200 following a shocking 24-20 home loss to the wretched Memphis Showboats (+4000). Now at 3-2, the Stallions are looking up at the 4-1 D.C. Defenders (+350) in the overall standings. Oddsmakers are not buying into the Defenders all the way, however, as they aren't even a clear second choice. They're splitting that role with the 3-2 St. Louis Battlehawks. 4/23/25: The Arlington Renegades (+370) were one of the longest shots on the board when the 2025 UFL season opened after a 3-7 campaign, but they've jumped to second-choice status after upsetting the 2-2 St. Louis Battlehawks (+550) in Week 4, 30-15. The favored Birmingham Stallions (+200) shortened from +260 following a workmanlike 23-16 win over the Houston Roughnecks (+4500). The D.C. Defenders fell from +270 to +425 after suffering their first loss of the season to the previously winless San Antonio Brahmas (+1800). The Memphis Showboats (+5000) are now the lone winless UFL team at 0-4. 4/16/25: The Birmingham Stallions (+260) leapt ahead of the St. Louis Battlehawks (+270) again following a quality 10-9 win over the Arlington Renegades (+550) in Week 3. The D.C. Defenders (+270) shortened considerably following their 27-15 victory over St. Louis. The Defenders (3-0) are the last undefeated team remaining. 4/9/25: The St. Louis Battlehawks (+205) are out to a 2-0 start with a UFL-best +42 point differential. Even a bounce-back 21-12 win over the Michigan Panthers (+650) was not enough to keep the Birmingham Stallions (+270) atop the pack. The Arlington Renegades (+450) and the D.C. Defenders (+475) are also 2-0, but neither really impressed after scraping by the overmatched Memphis Showboats (+3500) and Houston Roughnecks (+4500), respectively, in Week 2. 4/2/25: The defending champion Birmingham Stallions (+275) were stunned by the D.C. Defenders in Week 1, 18-11. While Birmingham is still favored to win the UFL Championship, their odds drifted up from +190. D.C. went down from +650 to +450, tied with the Michigan Panthers (1-0) and the Arlington Renegades (1-0) for third-choice status behind the St. Louis Battlehawks (+300), who also won their season opener. 3/25/25: The second-choice St. Louis Battlehawks (+320) are favored by six points at the Houston Roughnecks (+2200) ahead of the 2025 UFL season kickoff game on Friday night. The defending champion Birmingham Stallions (+190) will go on "last but not least" on Sunday afternoon when they visit the D.C. Defenders as 7-point faves. The Defenders went from +600 to +650 on Sunday following the news that head coach Reggie Barlow would exit in favor of the job at Tennessee State. The Memphis Showboats took an even bigger tumble from +1200 to +2000 after head coach Ken Whisenhunt announced a season-long leave of absence (personal reasons). Offensive line coach Jim Turner was named as interim head coach. 3/5/25: Rumors of a potential players strike, which could result in the usage of replacement players, did little to impact the UFL odds over the weekend. The Michigan Panthers moved from +600 to +650, but the Top 4 of Birmingham, St. Louis. D.C., and San Antonio remains unaltered. 2/17/25: The Birmingham Stallions opened as +200 favorites to repeat as UFL Champions ahead of the season opener on March 28. Their closest competition comes from the XFL Conference in the form of the St. Louis Battlehawks (+350) and the San Antonio Brahmas (+600), last year's runners-up. The D.C. Defenders and the Michigan Panthers are also +600 in the very early wagering.
