I have Natalia Silva vs. Wang Cong predictions for the headliner at UFC 332 at Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, where a new women’s flyweight champion will be crowned.

Silva, favored at 68% in the UFC odds, enters on a 14-fight winning streak after defeating three former UFC champions, but Wang’s aggressive kickboxing presents a different kind of challenge.

Who will win Natalia Silva vs Wang Cong: Silva (68% Probability)

Silva's win over Rose Namajunas was controversial, but that doesn’t erase a run that has also included victories over Alexa Grasso and Jessica Andrade.

Wang is an excellent kickboxer with legitimate power and a mean streak, but Silva is considerably more versatile and defensively polished. She absorbs only 2.36 significant strikes per minute while defending 66% of significant strikes, allowing her to engage without consistently putting herself in danger.

Add Silva’s wrestling and submission game, and she simply has more ways to dictate where this fight takes place.

Natalia Silva vs Wang Cong top pick: Fight will go the distance (76% Probability)

Wang’s power should keep Silva defensively mindful, while Silva’s movement and striking defense make her extremely difficult to trap in prolonged exchanges. Silva is sharp defensively and has gone to the scorecards in six of her eight UFC victories.

With neither fighter scoring a finish since 2024, I expect Silva to prioritize winning exchanges rather than unnecessarily trading with Wang. Over five rounds, that should produce a tactical fight more likely to reach the judges than end in a stoppage.

Covers COVERS INTEL: Silva owns a 66.3% significant-strike defense and 90.3% takedown defense, ranking fifth and sixth, respectively, among qualifying active UFC fighters.

Natalia Silva vs Wang Cong prop: Silva by submission (9% Probability)

Wang submitted to Gabriella Fernandes in her lone loss. Silva has the skill set to attack the same weakness.

Silva owns seven career submission victories, and her movement and diverse striking should give her opportunities to create grappling exchanges without forcing them. I still expect Silva to prioritize position and defense over chasing a finish, but if this fight does end early, her submission game offers an intriguing path.

Method of Victory: Decision

This parlay backs Silva to use her defensive discipline and deeper skill set to control a competitive five-round fight.

Wang’s power should discourage Silva from taking unnecessary risks, but Silva’s movement and significant-strike defense allow her to score without consistently exposing herself in return. With six of Silva’s eight UFC victories already coming by decision, I expect her to neutralize Wang’s aggression, win the cleaner exchanges, and leave Salt Lake City with the title on the scorecards.

Method of Victory Natalia Silva Wang Cong
To win outright 68% 32%
To win by KO/TKO 15% 13%
To win by decision 51% 29%
To win by submission 9% 4%

76%
Under 4.5
24%

Odds as of 10-1.

Silva is the clear 68% favorite, and the method-of-victory markets strongly favor her winning on the scorecards, with Silva by decision carrying a 51% probability. Wang’s 29% decision probability is also considerably higher than either of her finishing methods, reinforcing expectations of a tactical five-round fight.

With the fight going the distance priced at 76%, the market strongly supports the scorecards, but Silva’s superior defense and versatility make her the more likely fighter to emerge with the decision.
