The UFC 332 prelims feature several familiar names trying to prove they still have something left this Saturday at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City.

Johnny Walker moves up to heavyweight against Mick Parkin, Marvin Vettori tries to snap a four-fight losing streak against Ismail Naurdiev, and former lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos returns from a lengthy layoff to face Alexander Hernandez.

Below are our predictions, free betting picks, and the latest UFC odds for every preliminary bout.

UFC 332 prelim odds and picks

Johnny Walker vs. Mick Parkin fight odds

Kalshi
Method of Victory Walker Parkin
To win outright 53% 47%
To win by KO/TKO 29% 22%
To win by decision 24% 18%
To win by submission 8% 8%
Total rounds Over 2.5 54% Under 2.5 46%

Odds as of 10-2.

Unable to separate himself from the middle of the pack at light heavyweight, Johnny Walker is taking his considerable physical tools to the shallow heavyweight division.

The move could benefit him, especially without the strain of cutting to 205 pounds, and Parkin doesn’t strike me as the kind of dynamic puncher who would immediately expose Walker’s questionable durability.

Parkin is a methodical pressure fighter, but his lone UFC knockout came against Lukasz Brzeski, and Marcin Tybura handed him his first professional loss the last time we saw him.

Walker’s athleticism and experience against considerably better competition should pay off here. He’ll need to stay light on his feet because Parkin likes to stalk opponents, back them toward the cage, and let his hands go once he has them trapped.

Still, Walker is the faster, more explosive fighter, and the heavyweight may let him better use those advantages. I’ll take Walker to win, with the fight ending before Round 3 as my preferred prop.

Prediction: Walker (Kalshi probability: 58%)
Top picks: Fight ends before Round 3 (Kalshi probability: 58%)

Marvin Vettori vs. Ismail Naurdiev fight odds

Kalshi
Method of Victory Vettori Naurdiev
To win outright 43% 57%
To win by KO/TKO 10% 20%
To win by decision 30% 32%
To win by submission 9% 4%
Total rounds Over 1.5 8% Under 1.5 11%

Odds as of 10-2.

Marvin Vettori is on the worst run of his career and finds himself buried on the UFC 332 prelims after four straight losses.

He simply hasn’t looked the same since absorbing a tremendous amount of punishment against Jared Cannonier in 2023, and his declining offensive output has become increasingly difficult to ignore.

Naurdiev isn’t an exceptional middleweight, but I’m not convinced this version of Vettori can exploit his shortcomings.

Vettori’s durability remains remarkable, but his increasingly passive offense makes Naurdiev’s questionable conditioning less exploitable than it otherwise would be.

Naurdiev should have the cleaner offense early, while Vettori remains extremely difficult to put away even when he’s being soundly outworked. I’m cautiously picking Naurdiev to win, but either fighter to win by decision is the more appealing bet.

Prediction: Naurdiev (Kalshi probability: 60%)
Top picks: Method of Finish: Decision (Kalshi probability: 65%)

Rafael dos Anjos vs. Alexander Hernandez

Kalshi
Method of Victory dos Anjos Hernandez
To win outright 30% 70%
To win by KO/TKO 7% 37%
To win by decision 16% 32%
To win by submission 7% 4%
Total rounds Over 2.5 48% Under 2.5 39%

Odds as of 10-2.

Rafael dos Anjos is one of the greats, but he hasn’t won a fight in three years and will return after nearly two years away following the torn ACL he suffered against Geoff Neal.

Hernandez is a mid-tier lightweight, but he has won four of his last five and should have nearly every meaningful physical advantage except experience. At this stage, that may be more than enough against a 41-year-old former champion approaching his 50th professional fight.

I don’t know what compels dos Anjos to return to the Octagon a week before his 42nd birthday after such a long layoff and significant injury, but this is a brutal matchup for testing what he has left.

Hernandez should immediately have the advantages in speed, explosiveness, and mobility, and I expect him to force the veteran into exchanges his aging body can no longer consistently handle.

Hernandez has stopped Diego Ferreira and Chase Hooper during his recent resurgence, and I’m backing him to add another veteran to that list. I’m backing Hernandez by KO/TKO.

Prediction: Hernandez (Kalshi probability: 73%)
Top picks: Hernandez To Win by KO/TKO (Kalshi probability: 43%)
