Best Wild vs Avalanche props for Game 2
| Player | Pick | |
|---|---|---|
| Over 3.5 shots | -135 | |
| Anytime goal scorer | -110 | |
| Over 0.5 assists | -105 |

Game 2 Prop #1: Matt Boldy Over 3.5 shots
Matt Boldy has been a monster in these playoffs for the Minnesota Wild, picking up right where he left off during the regular season.
The American has cashed his Over in shots in all but one game this postseason, averaging a whopping six shots per contest.
While Boldy finished with three shots on target in Game 1, he was dominant against the Colorado Avalanche in the regular season, putting 22 pucks on net in just four games.
Boldy is the go-to guy on the Wild's second line and also sees time on their top power-play unit. The whole time he's on the ice, he remains a threat to shoot the puck.
Game 2 Prop #2: Nathan MacKinnon anytime goal scorer
Nathan MacKinnon has found his groove after a slow start to the 2026 postseason, scoring three goals in his last two games dating back to Round 1.
Shooting volume has played a big factor. Nate recorded seven shots total in the first three games against L.A., but has put up nine since.
The Nova Scotia native knows the Colorado Avalanche need him more than they did against the Kings, and his increase in shots will surely lead to more goals.
His 15.1% shooting percentage helped him nab the Rocket Richard, and he'll fire enough shots to put at least one by Filip Gustavsson tonight.
Game 2 Prop #3: Martin Necas Over 0.5 assists
Playing the majority of your minutes alongside Nathan MacKinnon has its perks.
Just ask Martin Necas, who just had the best season of his career, hitting 100 points. He also put up a career-best in assists, notching 62. The Czechia native has continued to be one of the Avs’ top playmakers in the playoffs, registering five helpers in five games.
Necas was a star in Game 1, setting up three of Colorado’s nine goals. He’s cashed the Over in assists in three of the Avs' five playoff games, and compiled 31 helpers in 38 home games during the regular season.
I expect Necas to play a part in MacKinnon lighting the lamp.
