The Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys meet with both teams struggling. But the NFC East is still up for grabs, and one of our experts belives in the underdog ahead of Monday Night Football.

Fierce division rivals will clash on Monday Night Football, with each team trying to stay afloat in an NFC East that seems up for grabs. Our Cowboys vs. Eagles expert picks are in part eyeing a lower-scoring affair, largely due to Philadelphia's quarterback situation.

Tanner McKee will take the offensive keys again for Philly, but one of our experts still believes the underdogs can prevail, with the possible return of Saquon Barkley factoring into our NFL picks.

Jason Logan’s expert pick: Makai Lemon longest reception Over 16.5 yards

The Philadelphia Eagles are down their top two receivers, which means Makai Lemon leaps up the depth chart.

The shifty rookie has been given a jump in targets, even with the team's quarterback issues, and he’s been especially good at making tacklers miss. The Dallas Cowboys’ secondary is soft, giving up a ton of explosive plays for 20+ yards. Their defense ranks near the bottom of the NFL in missed tackles, too.

He's well-positioned to break free for at least one home run of 17+ yards on the prime-time stage.

I'm also backing Philadelphia to cover in my Cowboys vs. Eagles prediction, and eyeing Lemon in my Cowboys vs. Eagles prop picks.

Josh Inglis' expert pick: Eagles moneyline

Do we really think the Cowboys are 65% favorites on the road in a divisional game? I don't. I see this matchup as closer to 60/40.

The Cowboys have been a punching bag for two straight weeks, and despite the injuries to seemingly everyone in Philadelphia (which are very much priced in here), this is still a team that can win the division, even with Tanner McKee under center.

The potential return of Saquon Barkley against one of the worst run defenses in football could be enough to beat an offense that Dak Prescott leads. He's thrown just four touchdown passes to four interceptions over his last four games.

It's dog time on Monday, and McKee is even an intriguing long shot in our Cowboys vs. Eagles touchdown scorer predictions.

Joe Osborne's expert pick: Under 44.5

The Eagles have stayed below 44.5 total points in five straight games. Good opponents, bad opponents, it doesn’t matter, as they drag everyone into the mud.

Philadelphia ranks dead last in yards per play, and McKee just led the Eagles to 14 points and 222 yards last week during his first start this season. Philly's unit is easily in contention for being the worst offense leaguewide and could make the Cowboys' defense look respectable.

Meanwhile, the Cowboys rank 28th in explosive play rate and have scored just 20, 16, and 13 points over three prime-time games this season.

Jon Metler’s expert pick: Dallas Goedert touchdown

I was tempted to take the Eagles on the moneyline, but I'll roll with Dallas Goedert to score a touchdown at 31%, as I put his chances closer to 38%.

Goedert was given eight targets with McKee under center last week against the Carolina Panthers, and he could be in line for another busy outing. With Joey Porter Jr. likely shadowing the Eagles' top receiver for Dallas, McKee may look Goedert's way in the red zone, especially with Smith facing a difficult matchup and Barkley likely to encounter a stacked box if he plays.
