Prop bet #1: Josh Allen Over 227.5 passing yards

-114 at FanDuel

Josh Allen has always performed at a high level in the playoffs, and Sunday marks the start of a hopeful Super Bowl run for the Buffalo Bills. The quarterback didn’t play in the season finale against the New York Jets, but he did cash the Over in passing yards in two of his previous four games.

The last time Allen took the field, he threw for 262 yards in a 13-12 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The signal-caller threw for 3,668 yards this season, and while he averaged just 187 yards per contest on the road, there’s reason to believe he’ll ball out on Sunday.

The Jags’ secondary ranks 21st in the NFL in passing yards allowed. This is not a strength for Jacksonville. After a week off, I’ll take Allen to make his presence felt downfield.

Prop bet #2: Jakobi Meyers Over 4.5 receptions

-122 at FanDuel

Jakobi Meyers carved out a nice role for himself in 2025 with the Jacksonville Jaguars after coming over from the Raiders, ranking fourth on the team in receptions with 42 for 483 yards and three TDs. The former New England Patriot has been consistent lately as an important weapon for Trevor Lawrence.

The wideout has hit the Over in catches in three of his last four outings. Meyers reeled in five receptions for 44 yards last weekend against the Tennessee Titans. He’s averaging 4.6 catches per game at home.

Meyers is playing with confidence and finding space right now. He’ll be key for Lawrence in Sunday’s clash.

Prop bet #3: James Cook Over 79.5 rushing yards

-114 at FanDuel

If there’s one area where the Jaguars' defense thrives, it’s against the run. They’re allowing just 85.6 rushing yards per game, which is the lowest number in the entire NFL.

This team dominates opposing running backs, but we’re talking about James Cook, one of the top RBs in the league.

Cook has been flourishing this season. The 26-year-old has averaged 5.2 yards per carry for 1621 yards, averaging 95.4 yards on the ground per contest. Cook didn’t play a lot in the finale, but he did cash the Over in five of his previous six appearances before Week 18.

The RB1 even rushed for 107 yards on December 14 against the New England Patriots, who also have an elite run defense. Cook is absolutely elite, and I do think he’ll manage to find holes in Jacksonville’s stout run defense.
