Bears vs Eagles Predictions - Early Picks & Odds for Black Friday Week 13

Parker's prediction: The Eagles' defense is far superior to the Bears' stop unit, so look for Philly to wipe the bad taste out of their mouths from Week 12's loss to the Cowboys.

A pair of NFC division leaders and postseason hopefuls will hit Lincoln Financial Field on Friday, November 28, with the Chicago Bears visiting the Philadelphia Eagles.

My early Bears vs. Eagles predictions and NFL picks are calling for the Philly defense to lead the way in a Black Friday win in Week 13.

Early Bears vs Eagles spread pick: Eagles -7

-105 at bet365

The Chicago Bears continue to find ways to win games despite ranking among the worst statistical defenses in the NFL.

Chicago has allowed the sixth-most points per game, third-highest yards per game, and ranked 26th in defensive DVOA heading into Week 12, after all.

I’m expecting the Philadelphia Eagles to have their way on offense and continue their dominant run at Lincoln Financial Field on Friday. Philly has covered the number in nine of its past 12 home games, including winning 15 of 16 straight-up.

Philadelphia will also be looking to kick the sour taste of allowing the Dallas Cowboys to score 24 unanswered to win in Week 12.

Early Bears vs Eagles total pick: Under 44.5

-110 at bet365

Philadelphia had held the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions to single-digits before the noted defensive hiccup to the Cowboys on Sunday. I’m expecting the Eagles to round back into elite defensive form on Friday.

Philly has surrendered the eighth-fewest points per game and eighth-lowest EPA per play, while ranking eighth in defensive DVOA and seventh in PFF defense grade.

It’s not an ideal recipe for Bears quarterback Caleb Williams. He’s completed just 59.2% of his pass attempts to go along with ranking 19th in adjusted EPA per play and 25th in success rate.

I’m anticipating a long day on offense for the Bears, while Philly is able to lean on the running game and dominate the time of possession with long clock churning drives.

The Bears have surrendered the third-highest yards per rush and fifth-highest rushing success rate, after all.
