CFB Week 11 preview with Andrew Caley and Douglas Farmer

Oregon vs Iowa best bet

Kamari Moulton Over 54.5 rushing yards (-114 at FanDuel)

Oregon’s defense is much better against the pass (eighth in EPA per pass allowed) than the run (80th). It’s a comical stylistic clash in because the Hawkeyes are generally content to keep the ball on the ground. Moulton has seen steady volume, with 14+ carries in five consecutive games, and has responded with at least 68 rushing yards in each game.

Texas A&M vs Missouri best bet

Over 47.5 (-110 at FanDuel)

It may feel like Mizzou is in trouble offensively following QB Beau Pribula's ankle injury, suffered two weeks ago against Vanderbilt. However, head coach Eli Drinkwitz has had an extra week of practice with backup Matt Zollers, who looked impressive in relief. This total is overcompensating for the loss of Pribula; Texas A&M will continue to roll, and Zollers will be better than expected.

See our full analysis and Aggies/Tigers SGP in our Texas A&M vs. Missouri predictions.

Syracuse vs Miami best bet

Under 45.5 (-110 at FanDuel)

Syracuse is a complete mess on offense since losing starting QB Steve Angeli, failing to score more than 18 points in any game and averaging just 12 ppg in that span. Miami has also struggled, having been held to 28 points or less in four of its last five games, while also dealing with key injuries as WR CJ Daniels and RB Mark Fletcher Jr. could both sit out.

See our full analysis and Orange/Hurricanes SGP in our Syracuse vs. Miami predictions.

Iowa State vs TCU best bet

TCU -6.5 (-122 at FanDuel)

TCU’s offense is much more explosive than Iowa State, and the Cyclones' defense has really fallen apart over their last four games. ISU is 0-3 against the spread on the road, while the Horned Frogs are 3-1 ATS at home. TCU needs this game badly, and they will play like it against a struggling defense.

See our full analysis and Cyclones/Horned Frogs SGP in our Iowa State vs. TCU predictions.

Auburn vs Vanderbilt best bet

Vanderbilt -6.5 (-110 at FanDuel)

Vanderbilt owns a Top-10 offensive profile; it sustains drives at an elite rate and is great through the air (fifth nationally in pass success and sixth in EPA per dropback). That directly attacks Auburn’s weakest unit: Pass defense. The Tigers rank in the Bottom 40th percentile of college football against the pass.

Washington vs Wisconsin best bet

Washington -11.5 (-106 at FanDuel)

Wisconsin followed up a respectable showing at Oregon with an idle week, and now it seems the market has forgotten that things can always get worse. Before the Badgers scored a whopping seven points in the Pacific Northwest, they had gone more than 14 quarters without finding the end zone — one touchdown when trailing by 21 points should not erase those miseries from our memories.
