Yan Kuznetsov failed to block multiple shots in his first five appearances of the season, two of which came with less than 15 minutes of ice. He has gone Over this line in 29 of his last 46 games (63%) since.
Kuznetsov ramped it up further of late, blocking at least two in 12 of his last 15 while routinely logging 20+ minutes. With MacKenzie Weegar dealt at the deadline, he should continue to play a big role.
The New Jersey Devils rank 6th in shot attempts over their last 10, so there will be plenty of rubber to get in front of.

Blake Coleman has averaged 2.6 shots on 4.6 attempts over his last 20 games. He’s a speedy, hard-working player who won’t be shy about getting his nose dirty to generate opportunities around the net. He is also a former Devils player and has recorded multiple shots in four straight against them.
The Calgary Flames and Devils both rank 30th or worse in goals per game this season. Projected starter Devin Cooley has allowed three or fewer goals in all but one start since December 13th, while the Devils have allowed three or fewer in eight of nine.
