The Chicago Bulls won their fifth straight game on Friday with a victory over the New York Knicks at United Center, but the Knicks will look to get back on track in Sunday’s rematch at the Mecca.

The Knicks are on a three-game skid, but my Bulls vs. Knicks predictions expect a bounce-back performance, led by Jalen Brunson.

Here are my best free NBA picks for this matchup at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, November 2.

Bulls vs Knicks prediction

Bulls vs Knicks best bet: Jalen Brunson Over 26.5 points (-115)

Who do the New York Knicks call on in the big moments? It might sound ludicrous to call a Sunday matchup in early November “big,” but the Knicks have lost three in a row, and they need a win over the Chicago Bulls to get back on track.

Through the first two weeks of the season, Jalen Brunson ranks sixth in usage rate at 33.4, fourth in field goal attempts at 22.8 and 17th in free throw attempts at eight per game. Most notably, Brunson ranks seventh in scoring at 31.2 points per game.

After scoring 23 in the opener, Brunson has gone for at least 27 in four straight, including a 29-point effort in Friday’s loss. Since arriving in the Big Apple, Brunson has scored 27+ points in seven of 11 tilts with the Bulls overall, and six of his last eight.

Sunday’s matchup will be key in getting momentum turned around for the new-look Knicks, and Brunson will lead the charge in front of the home crowd. Expect him to easily clear this modest scoring line.

Bulls vs Knicks same-game parlay

New York dropped three straight on the road after starting the season 2-0 at home. The Knicks will start a seven-game homestand with their return to MSG on Sunday, and they’ll be hungry for a win. Expect New York to get back on track and cover the spread with a strong showing.

For a second straight season, Karl-Anthony Towns is cleaning the glass with authority, and he’s averaging 12.8 rebounds per game.

In five contests, he’s pulled down 12 or more rebounds three times. Towns finished with 10 rebounds on Friday compared to 11 for Mitchell Robinson, but Robinson is questionable on Sunday.

I’ll take the Over regardless of Robinson’s status, but Towns’ chances of grabbing 12 rebounds will be even better if Robinson sits.

Bulls vs Knicks SGP

  • Jalen Brunson Over 26.5 points
  • Knicks -7
  • Karl-Anthony Towns Over 11.5 rebounds

Our "from downtown" SGP: Giddey-Up!

Josh Giddey’s odds to record a double-double are just -115, and he’s done so in four of five games this season. Adding that leg to our parlay yields +1050 odds, but we’re not just shooting from three here - we’re going from way downtown and climbing the ladder to a triple-double.

Giddey is averaging 22 points, 8.8 boards and eight assists, and a triple-double is imminent.

Bulls vs Knicks SGP

  • Jalen Brunson Over 26.5 points
  • Knicks -7
  • Karl-Anthony Towns Over 11.5 rebounds
  • Josh Giddey triple-double

Bulls vs Knicks odds

  • Spread: Chicago +7 | New York -7
  • Moneyline: Chicago +220 | New York -270
