-A little preview of the 1st round playoff game. Miami doesn't want the Bucks to have any good feeling about coming back in two weeks

-OKC is after the one seed. I don't like giving a good home team points but I think they win this one on the road...Would LOVE to see Kobe not make the playoffs though

today is fade the public day! going the opposite of what over 70% of the public is playing.. see what happens.. could of faded any games so clearly these are fading public and games that i believe in..not that high on the jazz but trusting them for the last time.. hornets is a play against the lakers.. since when do the lakers blow people out?? i'm sure they'll find a way to win it in dramatic fashion

Hope I'm not too gullible here, but the Knicks are really hot. Hopefully they won't let me down and start slowing down here.

The king is playing in Miami, and after watching Wizards play in Boston where Celtics covered easily I think Heat should not have much trouble doing the same.

Ok, time to give you some alerts here. Although the majority of public netting Under in Miami - the line has been moving in only one direction - UP. I'd consider that game to go Over . 
Game in Indiana opened at 193 points totals and bettors evenly divided the totals are all the way down to 189.5. I'd consider buying a point or two there towards 191.5 and playing Under.
Parlay lovers between us can play it Under 196.5 in Indiana parlayed with Over 190 in Miami.
Over in Houston seems also imminent and I would advise to consider playing it since only small majority of the public is on Over and that alone for sure wouldn't be enough to get the Over 2.5 points up from 211 to 213.5.

Those I will consider even playing tonight

Really want to play the Suns over, but one site is showing only 52% on the under and the other one shows 58% on the over. Not sure what to believe.

Playing the wizards on RLM. The line opened at 10/10.5 in most places. Public is pounding the hottest team in basketball, yet the line is at 8.5. If you wait, you can probably get it at 9 at some places. Washington has been able to pull a few upsets lately and been playing pretty decent ball. I believe they will cover here.

I mean how can he went 0-3 as a top-notch capper on Covers?

You have actually today told all of us story of your life.
How come? Ok, listen up and pay close attention. Any basic book about psychology (I'd gladly prefer to use the term "common knowledge" but I'm afraid that term would be lost with you) you'll open will explain easily to you why you have that disgusting habit of celebrating of what you understand as other person failing at something. The only time you can be seen reacting is when you can point out something that you perceive as negative in others and you come to your satisfaction right away by that.
Now - the explanation to that syndrome is very clear and tested for hundreds of years by a science and as much as I hate to put you down publicly and add to your agonizing pain - I have to do it:
Your childhood was the main reason for your underdevelopment as a human being. While other kids were encouraged and constantly cheered for their successes - you were mostly jeered and physically abused for any sign of success you could show since your parents must have hated to have their son more successful than them and since they must have been a pretty failure themselves - the only way they could come to satisfaction from their son was to see him being even bigger failure then them.

Now I know  - what I am saying to you is cruel and painful in normal standards - but for you it must be a moment of clarity when you finally free yourself from the chains of abused childhood you must have gone through.

Your later life must have been hell too as you - always a failure - could be happy only if you could find some flaws in others saying to yourself that you're not alone in your misery. But I have to disappoint you as you were disappointed many times before - your happiness derived from other's presumed failure proved to be false from time to time and pretty soon you came to hate yourself to the extent you stopped caring about anything but being a pain in the butt of others and once in a while temporarily join up groups of people who didn't yet knew your character. But each time you had to stand up to the challenge like on this thread when I presented you with one - you run away because of a lack of confidence .

You see, when a respected person sees someone losing his bet - he usually cheers him up and never celebrates - yet - when you once in a while notice me having a losing effort - you're here right away to point it out and celebrate like the worse son of a b... would because that is who you are.

My heart is going to you imagining what you endured or will have to endure in your life and hope you'll find your peace someday.

Meantime - if my losses make you happy - I will consider losing everyday (I can afford that - trust me on that) only to know that I can make one poor soul happy

Hi there fellas.  Taking the Twolves, still play hard against playoff teams.  They are 8-2 ats last 10 in LA.  They may lose but the points are too much.  Also gonna take the Bucks, Orlando is banged up and the Bucks are the better team.

I think line is really high, Nuggets score very well, but with limited minutes on Lawson and Gallinari out, score should be decrease
Especially Vs Spurs good defense, with Parker comin back tonight.
Game should be tight.
Both are good blockers with good défensive rebounds ratio.
Spurs are looking to win tonight and Nuggets will try to improve their Winning streak at home.
But injuries affected both.
Many trends on under.

This thread right now is fading away and most of you may notice that mainly because more and more people have figured out that the picks, the contest, and the whole thing going on here basically is a copy of ponzi scheme. 

I'm serious, I'm not joking around, I'm not laughing at someone's loss, but think this way, what have you bring to this thread and what the OP brings to you in return? Nothing, completely nothing. 

And now you must be very doubtfull thinking sadly, is this just an internet scam? Should I trust a person I never met and take his false information? Are this guy in a business involved with Vegas book? Ya, it sounds unreal, but everything happened here is telling you, you have learned the experience.

These matchups have become quite the rivalry. We should see a playoff type atmosphere in TD Garden and a defensive game. That being said Celtics older guys have had some good time to rest and recover over the last week or so and at home I believe they'll cover.

I mean, with The King playing or not, with or without a home streak for Washington, +2 points for Miami in this spot is a great value. I expect to see LeBron play but Miami have a great team, I'd be surprised if they lose this one.

melo7..no offense but seriously y do u care? lol. make your own thread..post ur picks. every1 on covers is on the same team..we're here to help each other out and win money. if u hav nothing to contribute..then get out man. there is nothing  "materialistic" to gain from this thread..you are right. But what we do gain is experience, different pov of picks, reasonings and confidence.

Have not made an official play for a bit.  I have been watching and taking it all in.  The hardest part about this time of year is dismissing this season's trends.  I have heard multiple philosophies of what makes a "good" capper.  I believe in being aware.

 

As teams get closer to playoffs, they are starting to establish themselves.  For the Celtics, that has to be defensively.  The Nuggets will need to run teams out of the gym in the playoffs.

 

I'm thinking this game will be similar to the Heat/Bucks game last night or more closely related to the Nets/Bulls game in Brooklyn.  Both games went under.  These teams are only a few games away from meeting each other first round, so I think this could be a battle.

 

If you think the line at Denver seems too high, that should be a red flag.  The line for the Spurs in OKC last week was 201.  It went way under.  So why would this one be set at 204 knowing that the Spurs have been playing unders?  Denver did a fine job of going over against the Rockets with a limited roster.  If Denver controls the tempo, the Spurs big men won't catch up to clog the middle.

Gut feeling on this, even with denver strong at home and their last game being real tight I have a feeling spurs out right win this time.
