-i agree with everyone else in the fact that Boston is running on tired legs, and the jazz hold home court very well 21-6 vs Bostons 9-18 road record.. Jazz are rested and should be looking to bounceback.
- a lot of people on the over here, so once again going with the consensus, i trust you guys, if not oh well, no biggie.
- Raptors i feel is a good play as Wizards have been ATS kings lately.. BUT they are still 4-22 on the road overall, and i feel have been playing better of late AT HOME.. they still lost @PHI by 8, @DET by 9.. @MEM by 8 @SA by 10 @SAC by 1.. and TOR a much improved team winning 7 of last 10.. with their 3 losses to MIA, rested Boston, and Memphis.. Wizards are not those teams.. my gut says Toronto SHOULD be ok barring late line movements..

-additional play on UNDER 218 LA Lakers - DEN Nuggets.. only 2 of last 10 games have gone of this total between these 2.. and no line in those 10 has been this high.. just thinking line is a little too high.. BOL everyone.

Everyone on it so I hope we don't bump up the line before I can get it from my bookie, lol. I believe lines makers enjoy messing with our heads. Hawks at -3 seems too good to be true so we look in to it and see that The Hawks have struggled this year with the Pistons. That was a different Pistons squad and this time a Hawks squad that can be confident that Josh Smith will be there for the playoffs. I don't think Josh Smith checks out because they've already said they're not going to offer him a max contract; rather I think he will play now to get that in free agency. Seems like the right thing to do here, Hawks -3.

UTAH Jazz -7

DEN Nuggets -7

Similar reasoning on both picks here so I'll write them up together. Utah and Denver are both difficult places to play. Hurting, older teams, playing on a back to back. Everyone seems to love the Jazz here. Based on similar logic, I think it is sensible to believe the Nuggets will create similar results.

I am looking to fill one of my open spots of my parlays- It's seems interesting to me that the line is so high on the Lakers game total-

at 217.5

I was thinking at first Lakers on back to back will be tired specially on a hard fought game yesterday (mind you it was an early game) but this could also mean they will play less defense and the nuggets can go to town on them which makes sense with the -7 they are giving the lakers tonight- what do you guys think?

I am expecting a very similar game as the last one which left a total of 184.  Enough said.

Under 190 BOS Celtics - UTA Jazz

Celtics are at a tough point in the road trip against a well rested Utah team.  I think Boston's legs will run out in the second half making it tough for them to clear the 90 point mark.  Utah usually plays good defense at home and I am hoping that they pick the defense up again after it disappeared before the allstar break.

Expecting similar result from the last match-up...

well after taking a better look at some stats and trends, my leans would be nuggets and the under.For the side, I can easily see the nuggets destroying the lakers, but I can also see the lakers playing inspired basketball since the death of their owner.However I like the under mainly because of these trends:

-Under is 4-0 in Lakers last 4 games when their starting 5 players combine for more than 160 minutes on the previous day.
-Under is 4-0 in Lakers last 4 games playing on 0 days rest.
-Under is 13-5 in the last 18 meetings in Denver.
-denver on 1 days rest average 206.1 pts

-lakers average 202.6 pts on no days rest

still a no play for me though.

Sorry CP74, just got back on line. I would of guess +5 for the Lakers, but as you know it opened at 6 and has moved to 7.5, so I'm on it! Not going to be left behind if those dumbass Lakers make a run!

5th game in 7 nights for boston...i don't think they can keep up with a rested utah jazz team which just lost at clippers...add the fact that boston is 1-6 su and 1-5 ats playing on 0 days rest against opponent on 1 day rest...

majority of bettors on the over and line is dropping! down to 216.5 on some sites.. so if you're going to bet it bet it soon! i got it at under 218 already, and green giants post make me feel better bout it lol.. but ya barring a complete defensive collapse from LA, i expect an under here. but if it gets to 216 and below not so sure anymore, game can easily be around 210+

I got it in and just re checked and it is down to 216.5 there better be no OT here- interesting though the 1h is still at 210 and 1Q still at 55.5

I may be a homer but now that John Wall is back the Wizards are actually playing well. This is not a mistake. Arenas created a poor culture  and it has taken some time to overcome it. A motivated John Wall could potentially be one of the top 5 point guards in the league.
