Agree, Navy is not a fraud....I thought they were too but the Wake win convinced me otherwise.
like i said... i watched the entire Wake game... could not have been more of a fluke... Wake didn't show up, turned the ball over 7 times, including 5 in the first half...
Navy is a fraud... trust me... maybe AF is a fraud, too, and there are better spots to go against Navy... but Navy is a fraud...

shep- strong feelings on the middies, I kind of like navy there, got to think tulsa-rice is due to go under the low to mid 70's that will no doubt be posted, and then pounded even higher- #t will go to high and we can perhaps catch a little value close to kickoff on the under- see ya at the cashiers window

You may remeber me from last week, I mentioned a couple side notes on that ok st/ troy matchup.... I wanted to see if you could help me out with a game that REALLY stood out to me when I first saw the lines.
Ohio @ Western Michigan-- I know WM has a super explosive offense with Tim Hiller and Jamarko Simmons but my question is what do you know about Ohio??? I know they've been in every game this year against solid competition(OSU, Cent Mich, and Northwestern) are they legit??? I got it at -4, it's up to 5.5 now..... I already threw a nickel on them and UCLA... They were definitely impulse bets. I usually break each game down before placing money and the fact that I didn't has me a little skeptical... UCLA will look like world beaters against WAZZU so I'm not worried about that...
My early bets are: WM and Ucla large, and I also have ole miss, new mexico, and fresno as of right now... Elaborate if you will...

well drew... gotta admit before you told me i wouldn't have even known what the line on the Ohio - WM game was... but what i know about Ohio U is they probably have the best defense in the MAC... i'm thinking about other teams and i think "probably" is probably the wrong word... i don't see anyone close to them on D in the MAC... they gave arguably the best team in the MAC (CMU) a dogfight two weeks ago... they pretty much hang in just about every game...
i like Fresno and UCLA... have small plays on both of those along with Boise and Minnesota...

In terms of the BIg 12, dont forget next weekend is the Red River Shootout . That means OU and Texas have each other circled. Taking Baylor and Colorado, the faves seem to good to be true. Not to mention, OU and Tex have been covering machines. Just my humble opinion. BOL sheperd.

OU and Texas have a VERY good track record of not overlooking teams prior to the Red River shootout.

Toledo got caught in a look ahead off the big game with Fresno St and will beat Ball St SU !! Line is going toward the favorite so I'm waiting to get at least 8 here. Toledo will be in a ML parlay as well for me , along with The Illini and possibly Vandy ( not sure )
