Correct, but I think you are going to need to go into more detail considering we have been discussing this for two pages and Rodwoman still got it completely incorrect.
Yes, please go into more detail.

It was +4 everywhere this am when I got into car hit rush hour traffic. It's not as easy as u guys at home think. A lot of times I drive for best line and the line changes a few places what can u do. Michigan opened a nice 14-2 lead then Illinois coming back. Up 5 now getting +4 let's start the day off Good!!

So he's betting around 5% of his current bankroll per play of $1,100. While a bit higher than advised, it's certainly not outlandish.
If he continues to hit at his 55% clip or even a touch less, he will be fine. This theory that he's going to go broke in a month because he's betting $1,100 ONLY applies if his win percentage drastically reduces.
If continues to vary each bet amount ranging from $550-$5,500 then he's strictly gambling and will fail at some point. He's proved that already, as he's nearly 56% and in the red. C'mon CG it's not rocket science! You're like a hot chick who has the world in her hands but is starting to get fat & not take showers anymore. You control your destiny.

+150 for 68 plays to win 100.00. per play at 38W 30L.
+750 on same plays to win 500.00 per play.
38/68 = .5588
Kelley:
.5588 - (.4412 x 1.05)
.5588 - .4632 = .095
Bet 9.5 % of current bankroll.
Double your money after about every 7.5 more wins than losses,
Quadruple after about every + 15 more wins than losses.
38 - 30 = +8 wins would yield about a double of starting stake, in this case, I think it was about 25k. A profit of about 25k.
WARNING: don't fall below .5588 for this projection, or profits fall precipitously to losses, big losses.
More reasonable approach: 3% of bankroll. Doubles about every +23 wins. Play forever. When you are down to your last 100$, you would be playing 3$. By that time you may want to have reloaded. Or not.
Assuming the magic number, .52??, you will show a small steadily increasing bankroll that doubles at plus 24 wins . 24-0 means double bankroll. 124-100 means double bankroll. All approximate.
Can't pick .52?? % or better? Re-think. Did you ever notice those large, beautiful casinos in LV and elsewhere?

On -105, Play 105 to return 205:
68 x 105 = 7140.
38 x 205 = 7790.
+650.
On -110, Play 110 to return 210.
68 x 110 = 7480.
38 x 210 = 7980.
+500.
+150 for 68 plays to win 100.00. per play at 38W 30L.
+750 on same plays to win 500.00 per play.
38/68 = .5588

This is actually partly correct and we could recalculate cg's bet history assuming he'd been betting 1050 instead of 1100, for a constant return. Doesn't matter the vig being what it is the net result would still be around -$1200 on - 110 compared to -105. (You Americans should BTW seriously switch to decimal odds cause it makes each and every calculation so much easier)
Of course it's correct. It's an absurd way of looking at things, but it's correct in nature.

I'm scrambling a lot of times and posting on my phone. My write ups are short and I just say a few things. I cap the games much more than the few statements I make after making a play....

Ha ha I gotcha would you at least agree if you win every bet there is NO risk?
The bottom line is, the worse the price you get, the less you are winning. So even if you win every bet, you are still costing yourself $$$ to your bottom line if you are getting poor prices on your wagers.
Player A bets every wager at (-110) ...and....
Player B bets every wager at (-105)
They each make 20 wagers and win them all. Player B is going to win more, relative to what he risked, than player A. That's the point Van (and others) have been trying to make for a couple months now.

Read what you just wrote above, and it is exactly why Vegas is a bad idea.

You are the only one attacking it, but not the only one noticing it.
I don't know anything about hoops. There are so many flaws in this "betting empire" that I am trying to stick with what I know.
CGs absolute honesty and transparency also brings out his handicapping method - which even knowing nothing about hoops - seems about as random as the rest of his decisions.
Well at least someone notices.
These remedial capping method will lead you straight down the toilet.
There's no way he can survive. A lot of time and energy has to go into traditional capping and it appeared he was putting that in in the beginning of the trip but there is no way that is happening now.
Even look at Rangerz point about UNC. Backs them against the Number 3 team in the nation and now Louisville's D is enough to beat them (a flawed team that dismissed one of its stars).

CG, we know it's not easy. That is the point many of us were trying to make on why offshore beats vegas every day of the week. If you had 5 books at the click of a mouse, you wouldn't have had to risk the line changing by the time you got to the book. Pretty simple.

You're "few statements" are typically precisely the reason NOT to take a side. So how good can the rest you're withholding be?

I've actually seen both teams play on numerous occasions. North Carolina is deeper, larger and just as physical as Louisville. They can destroy Louisville on the transition. You better hope that Louisville doesn't go on a offensive drought like they've been prone on doing. The fact that Louisville, who is a higher ranked team is getting points on neutral should tell you something.

They accept US Citizens with a residence in any country they accept.
Van maybe you can answer this for me.
I have dual citizenship with a European country but do not have residency there. Would I be able to open a pinnacle account or do I have to establish residency somewhere in Europe?
You knowledge is most appreciated.

By the way, I scramble to make bets. We all do. Life gets in the way. You moved to Vegas so you wouldn't have to scramble! How could anything be rushed!? This is what you do now!!!

Scal over 370 bets now NCAA nba and nfl and I hit near 60%. My sample size is huge. Michigan rolling and the Illinois brick layers holding true to form just like I said. For the millionth time my idiotic 5.5K bet is why I'm down. But I am good enough to even overcome that in only 3-4 days

You don't have to explain yourself to morons!! AKV admits he knows nothing about basketball, and you're justifying yourself to him? You pick at 60% rate, Scalabrine 40%!! AKV, who knows. Scalabrine says AKV is best on here so maybe he's at 45%. But's it's demeaning to keep explaining to guys who can't pick their nose what you're plan is.

Unfortunately, your citizenship is the only thing that doesn't matter in this case. Except to make your setting up foreign residency easier.
You need to have a residence outside of the US, you need to have a banking presence outside of the US (although there are currently ways around this too), and you need to have an internet connection in that location.
