Madison Keys

Does anyone think Madison Keys has a shot at the upset tonight? Or is Ash Barty pretty much guaranteed yo win?

Sportsbet's offering odds boosted to $6.90 on her tonight and it seems like good value. Usually they only offer these odds on losers though. Don't want to throw away $250 if she has less than 20% chance if winning though.

So what do you think has Keys got a better than 20% chance of beating Barty tonight?

Yes absolutely better then 20 percent chance to win 

I would think the boost isn’t worth the odds with how Barty has been playing. Keys prior to this calendar just wasn’t playing well. Barry seems destined here. But hey, we play the game for a reason, nothing in life is guaranteed aside from death.  

barty is steamrolling people it's not even close. keys has played decent, but has gotten past an injured badosa and a heat stroked krejikova. with that being said 20%  is probably  about correct odds so no value either way

There is ALWAYS a chance in WTA....

Keys’ odds of winning are 0% in my humble opinion 

the only hope Keys has is holding serve every game and winning in tiebreaks because Barty cannot be broken, before the Anisimova match where she was broken once she had like 70 straight service game holds

im going Barty 2-0 for decent odds

What about the second match, Collins vs Swiatek? 

I just noticed an interesting discrepancy in the odds between the two books I'm using. 

Neds has Collins @ $2.15,   Swiatek @ $1.70.

Sportsbet has Collins @ $2.38,   Swiatek @ $1.56.

What are y'all thinking here?

 lean the over, don't have a side swiatek has been playing kind of tight, but if she serves well she should win

On Neds total sets is paying $1.50 for 2 sets, $2.45 for three sets.

Sportsbet has under 2.5 sets $1.60, over 2.5 sets $2.15.

There really are some big discrepancies between the two books for this match.

Leaning towards the $2.45 match goes to three sets bet with Neds. Seems likely.

Yes I usually feel that dogs in women's matches have a decent shot. There are always plenty of upsets.

Some of them are truly unforced errors but others are occuring after Barty hits a nice backhand slice that forces Keys off-balance

This is going to be a quick 2:0 Barty win.

Keys doesn't stand a chance.

yeah I’ve seen a few of them for sure. She can’t even hit first time serves so it’s less to do with Barty and more just mentally frustrated.
