Seems like the most likely scenario. But even though nobody has been able to touch Iga so far I still wouldn't count Mirra out. With the rate she's improving she'll win her first slam either this year or next.
Before the tournament started I felt like Keys might take it. Not quite as confident now but still very possible.
And there's always the possibility that the gold medalist takes out Iga first.
Mirra is so freaking good - but I could easily see her getting caught of using some kind of doping - it is very rare to see improvements at that rate and I know the Russian authorities opinion on that matter - so don’t know if I believe she is a star we will see for many years to come - but I do hope as she could easily be one for the history books
