Yes but they were playing the San Jose Sharks which is not that great in terms of chasing the win. Although the Sharks are not that impressive on the road, it was a smart move to skip that game altogether.

So, basically, the chase did start on the 27th but as marnypoly pointed out, he chose to wait till the 29th to start the chase.

And it was stated that col is still in the chase but its not
col stands for Columbus and they were just in a chase with Detroit, which Columbus won, therefore making that chase over, and the SJ is done also, the ones that took them the first night

Expert, just to clarify, CLB should be Columbus and COL should be Colorado.

The chase with CLB is indeed over BUT take a look at how long the home stand is for Colorado. They had 3 home games BEFORE the all star break and 5 more home games AFTER the break.

They won the 2nd game of the first 3 against Calgary on January 18th which ended the chase.

Some people felt like it was worth it to start another chase for the 5 games after the break so that is what we are talking about here.

It is NOT an original chase. This should clear it.

Seahawks, I think we got lucky with that goal standing and now the Canucks are on a 5 minute PP that wasn't deserved. Need more goals NOW .
