Would have to run a separate querry for away teams but home teams only win by 2+ goals 33 percent of the time if you specify that the team is a home fav the increase in the cover rate is less then 1/2 percent. If you stick to home favs of 150 or more the win rate increases to 37 percent. In short covering the puck line in NHL is hard.

Thursday results, Game 4, Chicago -115 and Detroit -112, $50 to win $126.94 - WINNER
Original Bankroll - $740
Current Bankroll - $1,243.39 ($503.39 gain, 68% gain on bankroll)
Puck line - Was +140 and SJ +175, $25 to win $140. - LOSS
Sys is down $132, pulling the plug.

Regression can be a difficult concept to deal with when cappin' sports, everything has limitations, knowing when to shut it down is the key element. It's not like you didn't win on the PL; there were many nights that went 1-1 unfortunately there were more nights that did not go 2-0 to capture the Twin PL WIN..with this said, you should take under consideration (recommendation) when the time is right, and you get a strong 'read' on a PL game; include it with the regular system (creating additional value) combined with your ML play...take care

Saturday, Game 1, Was +175 on -1.5 PL and Calgary, -105, $10 to win $43.69
CGY and NYR were the same odds. Went with CGY as they have had better success vs Edm than NYR have had vs Philly. Plus Philly is hot right now and is a team I can never pick correctly. Also took Was PL for some added value, especially since this is game 1.
