I'm going to give it another kick at the can. This system can recover from 1 loss, especially with over half the season remaining, however I will admit I'm slightly skeptical only because away favs have hit at a good rate to start the season....Can they keep it up? We'll see.

After reviewing my results for this system further, the profits per series really aren't the greatest. Recovery could take quite some time unless we start getting better odds on these parlays or increasing the value of 'X'.
Maybe we could try parlays with a minimum reward value of +300 odds or something, anyone have any thoughts here on how to improve upon a good strategy?

In port with some internet. So I go away on vacation and the system suffers a loss. Ugh. Sorry guys. Manage your bankroll and get that back. Thanks Kenny for posting. Hoping for better luck going forward.

I think looking back... it may be wise to limit the odds for a qualifying road team to say -120 or -110. Yeah there have been some dog winners etc etc.... but I feel this type of system you really need to give yourself an edge and put all the eggs in your basket to avoid the heavy system loss.
By doing the above, you would not have suffered a system loss and still be in the progression... all be it deep in the progression, about stage 6 or 7. But ultimately you still have your money and a chance to win it all back and profit..... rather than having lost all those prior profits.
I think by setting a maximum for the odds you are then assuring yourself you have a distinct advantage by ensuring you are on a mismatch or are on the better team at least.
I think I will be doing the above from now on... I will highly likely miss out on some wins, I'm ok with that..... as I would rather save the defeats.

Interesting viewpoints guys. Personally, I think we will turn it around, hang tough, too soon for widespread panic.....it's a loooooong season. Just my opinion.

To be honest, the system has worked well. Game 8 loss was thanks to OT and there were many other games where this was the case. I've been looking at teaser mathematics lately and I think it could be applied to this strategy, where we would have to look at adjusting the lines we bet accordingly
