    i'm still on the system....

Got killed in both the Texas series against (OAK / KC) - my mistake - I bet too much on the "A" game - and therefore just made a small bet on the "C" game which they won - so didn't rcoup my losses

Also got killed in the LAD series - betting to win back my losses plus a unit throughout the series.

But even with my mistake and the LAD series - i'm only down 6 units.

So just need to rebuild.....it's a crappy feeling being up close to 12 units and now down 6 units - so an 18 unit swing - but I guess i'll feel better when i'm back to positive.

Just gotta tough it out  fellas!

You think that is bad? I lost about 40 units on the LAD series alone chased for 2 units as it crossed with cisco' s 5 run chase (starting from gm 3).

i am just saying.    if u bet one unit a,b,c games for the month of my using whatever method you want to win one unit by the end of the series you would be down approx one unit for month of may.     hind sight is twentytwenty but had we bet the dog the same way instead chasing the fav.  you would have been up twenty two units.    go back and seee     i talked it over with bettwowin already   the number dont lie.   i love this system too but i am just saying to date it is not producing like it was last august

Correct me if I'm wrong glef, but are u saying that instead of playing the "better" teams, we should be playing the "weaker" teams and hope they don't get swept?

You know that is interesting.....now that we have an RPI DB - of what the RPI was on a specific day - maybe we go back and see which DOGS won 1 game of the series with what filters.

For example, maybe when you look at the data it shows that 100% of the time a DOG will win 1 of the 3 game series if the RPI differential is more than 20 but less then 40.

Of course this would be a system for another thread.  An interesting thought though.

I need to do more work on the site. Because I am running my own thread and those plays come in at the wire, I haven't updated the page. I will update the record tonight.

Went 2 - 0 last night. Taking the Pads, sorry B2W.

Like the Giants big tonight 15 units. Better pitching, better bench, better hitters. Hope to slam dunk this game and start making some cash.

The Mariners are really an auto-fade all year against above .500 teams unless they play Detroit, which is the only team they sweep every year.  Trust me, it's auto-money.

Too bad you didn't take the Giants today. Mismatch made this play easy. I agree tomorrow the Giants look good. Yet another mismatch at pitcher.

For anyone with past experience with the RPI System...

Do there tend to be more plays later in the season?  It seems we have nothing coming up anytime soon and I am debating about adjusting the RPI Edge numbers as certainly there are +EV plays that we are missing.

    Thoughts?

Yeah, you're right. Just didn't feel right. Padres made it a game, had many opportunities to steal it too.

The total of 6 was head scratching...

I believe post-all star game the RPI number shrinks to 35(?). Which should open up more plays.

you can bet however you wish.   if you look back though not only have the dogs one at least one game they have gone onto win the series in majority of the series the rpi system has picked.     i am not bashing this system i am just bringing to light that the dogs in these series have produced and cashed even more than the favs

Peter is right. I started tailing the system July of the previous year and it yielded good results. I don't know about the pre-all star game though as I haven't jumped in yet at that time
