Take a look when Matt Ryan gets to the playoffs he lost's have come to the teams that all make the superbowl.  Rookie year 2008 lost to Cards.  Cards lose super to Steelers.  2010 Falcons lose to Packers.  Packers go on to win Superbowl.  And last year he loses to Giants and Giants win Superbowl.  I know this might not mean anything, but something could be there, maybe this is the year.  Who knows GL!!!

Hmm interesting point. I never realized that. I will have to see how the line moves on this game to see If I will put my streak or money on it. GL to you as well.

CRUSH- You would have won that Pool if you would have the minimum picks! Wow you must have forgot or something. You were 230 points ahead of the next guy. I guess it's a moral victory. You should at least get a free entry into the next Office Pool. What do you think?

i'm back Smooth!  Seattle has trouble stopping power backs and with Clemmons out, he was there best run stopper.  Turner still is a solid power back in my eyes and also Atlanta has beaten RG3, Vick, Cam. So Wilson won't be a surprise to them.

I'm trying to get Texas over( CBall,) but the pick has not been available since this morning---it goes at 8 central---one guy has it who is 8-0 on the month,so I'm  waiting to see if they put it backGL with the NBA picks

Yes.....What killed me was New Years Day...Poor planning.  I missed the early start with 4 games.  So 8 total possible picks!  I wasn't even hung over!  I actually went to bed around 10 p.m. New Years eve.  Had some family over New Years Day,  was making breakfast for everyone and just spaced it.  When I realized the games were going,  I rush to the computer and missed a start by minutes.....   

Who knows...... I could have picked some losers that morn anyway. 

I'm ready to ride with some streaks,  though!  It's time to saddle up!

Tough night for a couple of promising streak survivor guys. A couple were knocked out by the Dallas/Sac 205.5 UNDER play. With 9 seconds left the score was 100-98 but the game went to OT and sailed OVER the # by a shitload.

Yes. Freya, my partne   lost on that game  But with all those college games on the 12th. let us put Heads together and all add to our streaks; anyway--- ideas anyone? Esp. on O/Us---I still don't think the books have the #s capped well yet on these games--- but I'm all cranked up to win the CBC pool and perhaps not right about anything NCAAB, NBA as I don't know basketball and hate to rely on picking from these games  SO ideas for tomorrow; if we all post a couple we can RIDEand get the

Today is the day fellas! Load up on Baltimore +10 or 9.5. I am extremely confident that Baltimore will cover this number and may win straight up. Manning has never won in a cold weather game and it's going to be 18 degrees in Denver. Combine that with Ray Lewis retiring and this will be a close game. If I had a $1000 to spare I would lay it on Baltimore today. That's how confident I am that they can cover this spread. Since I don't have $1000 to spare I will just have to live with $50 but I will take it. Go Ravens!

Can you believe this game! Who would have thought that this would be 28-21 at the beginning of the 3rd Qtr with 2 TD's on specials teams. Wow!

I hope you guys took my advice on Baltimore because no matter what happens in OT Baltimore players are gonna cash! Can you imagine if they had this game up and you were going for that W25! Wow. What a game!

Yes congrats to Phillybenz! It's always amazing to me how new people come to Covers and knock off a huge streak where dummies like me can't get past 10! Go get'em Phillybenz! Take it all the way!

Yeah that was the play of the season there T99. I'm glad I won some money but believe me if I had it to spare this is one game I would have went large on. I saw that line on Monday and couldn't believe the books made that huge overlay. It looked bad early with that Punt return but the Ravens held strong to win a great game.

Unbelievable! I hit 3 parlays today and would have had 4 if the Lakers would have covered Friday night. The most parlays I ever hit in one day since I lived in Vegas! 1-Team Parlay, 5 Team Parlay and a 6 Team Parlay. Small bets $2 on two of them and $1 on the other. But I will take it. My goal is to build up my bank steady and slow and then cash out!

Sorry about that Godsplay but it was a good game. I was pulling hard for Seattle for selfish reasons...my parlay and the fact I'm in Portland. Northwest fans are completely off the hook. A Seattle-S.F. NFC Championship would have been awesome. That's going to be a great rivalry for years to come with both those young QB's.
