This stinks they switched the amount to 59.5 and that freakin hockey game not only didn't go over 5 goals but it did not even Push. I had to make a different pick since that Boise State game wasn't until Saturday and my deadline was one day too early. If only I had make a (winning) pick on Wednesday I would have locked that in. Now I've taken USC -21 but since my streak went back to 0 because I took the wrong Over 5 game (Canucks @ Wild went Over) a Push is the same as a loss.

Hey guys. It is great to see that most of the old gang is on here again as well as our new contributors. The boys are back in town! I was too busy to post yesterday, but I had a winning day. Maybe posting plays is a jinx for me?! LOL
I took the Toronto Mapleleafs +112 on Covers SS, SFTC, and on Sports Parlor and they handled their business by defeating Columbus 4-1. I then went on to lose my next pick on SFTC when I took Phoenix (3-0 losers to Nashville). I knew San Jose was the pick, but Pittsburgh has been playing well so I backed out of that one.
On the League Contests I went 9-4-1 for +2585 units! I even got half of a red star back on my RSI rating! I was a perfect 3-0 in the NCAAF LC as Miami Ohio -14, Florida State -14.5, and Tulsa +2 all covered. The Golden Hurricane came through with the outright victory on the road!
In the NHL LC, I went 6-4-1 for +1080 units. It would have been better if the Flyers had held on in the shootout and the 'yotes had come to play. I am trying to claw my way back into the black and get some red stars after a rough couple of weeks in that one.
For tonight's Streak Survivor pick, I am rolling the dice that the firepower of the Caps will be enough to overwhelm the Hurricanes. I took Washington -130.
It was a tossup between them and Kent State -1 in NCAAF action. Those MAC games can be quite tricky, though. Especially when they are not played on Saturday! I also considered USC -20; but will they really lay three touchdowns on the road in frigid Colorado? I know that the Buffs are bad, but are they this bad? We will see their best tonight in the national spotlight against a big time opponent.

Guys, go Capitals tonight...they are money...no overtime losses, the largest goal differential in the league and technically the best record in the league.
Not to mention, a 4 goal pg avg vs. 2 2/3 goal pg with the Hurricanes.
Seems no brainer-ish to me.
I even put a bit of
on them at +220 to win by 2 (-1.5).

The ONE thing i can promise you, golf, is that the okst game is going to be over 70. Seriously, GL, but you are talking about two powerful offenses and weak defenses on both sides.
I bet the over 82 last week with Okst and won it.

lol...........well i expect the chiefs to come out flat especially after a big win over the chargers and win by 3.........just like last year when buffalo came to kc and everyone thought it was going to be a blowout and it went to ot...............my sportsbook has kc -4.5 (+100) just seems fishy handing out plus money to cover a spread lol.........

Columbus didnt stop anything and they are not very good. Flyers scored without hardly trying. They will take shots and if you saw 8 different scorers for Philly and Columbus out shot Flyers 35-33. shows how poor Columbus goalkeeping was. Also before they were on the road against a decent team so they were just trying to hold on for the win points.
you won't see 9 goals on 33 shots very often, it reminded me what the Flyers used to do to the Penguins back in the 80's ......any shot could score, this score could of been much worse if Philly wanted more.
