Whew! There's that 3 runs you saw us needing! At least we now have some breathing room.

I think it is FAR from done, however.

Well, I would love to stay and chat while the games are going on, but I have to head out. I am starving and going to go to meet the family for a late dinner.

I will be cheering for Texas, Milwaukee, and Toronto in my mind, even though I can't watch. MIL is underway now and they lead NYM 1-0 in the 1st!

You will need to download the old version of DIVX plus player that they have onsite. They provide the link. Look around for it. Also they have Transformers: Dark of the Moon and Captain America! You can find lots of movies and TV shows here, as well. I mostly use other sites, but I do not want hem to get shut down by feds, so I provide you guys with this old standby.

There was a problem

  • There is not room in this league if all teams from last year return. To join, get the commissioner to increase the maximum number of teams, or remove teams that will not be returning. (Error #638)

Come on yall, we got a train to catch!!!!! Lot of good picks for tomorrow.......

Texas and boston to name a few. oh and the over in the Saints @ HOUSTON!!!!!

Im sticking with Denver -4 vs buffalo for the longest streak of my 2-3 year existence on here!!!!!!!!!

Are you freaking kidding me! The Phillies give up 6 runs in the bottom of the 9th to Washington. Wow I can't pick a winner on Covers to save my life WTF is going on! I'm gonna start fading myself on Covers. Whatever team I pick on here I'm gonna fade it on Bodog. So either way I'm gonna profit off this madness or its gonna come to a stop.

So its official! I have started fading myself. I would have took Texas but as my luck on here would have it THAT game was no longer available. So I went with Cincinnati and as promised I faded myself on Bodog and went with Pittsburgh. Small wager of course $5. But hey I feel like I have to start profiting off this prolonged slump on Survivor that I'm on.  Win or lose I'm gonna be happy. I'm sure this will put an end to the madness. The Matrix people will not be happy with me and will probably sentence me to purgatory for my treachery but I don't care I need to start winning on here so Fade City here I come!

EG, Smooth! Yea I usually don't make my pick that fast (5 minutes of thought) but the pitcher matchup is even more enticing and the Rangers are just too hot right now...

However, I WILL NOT BE BETTING ON THE RANGERS on their next game, no matter HOW sexy it is, because in the MLB, you can only get so hot. This is literally my only worry about this game.

Besides that, fun fact...did you know that if you started with $100, and the just let it ride on even money over and over again, by W10 you would have 100k? A far cry from 25 wins lol...

Honestly, I've been thinking about doing my first real couple of sports bets...my mlb numbers on here are profitable, the same goes for NFL, and if I'm betting real money I'll stay away from the O/Us which kill me.

I've had this theory all year about the no bias non emotion let it ride approach...basically, u start with a certain amount of money, say, 2 grand...

I've noticed that on SFTC i've had 9 game streaks or higher 7 times so far this year...50k if doubled up every time.

So, without emotion, the approach is place a $100 bet, if you win, let it ride, and you go over and over again until you hit a chosen number, say 7 (good for around 10k or higher).

Even if you hit 6, YOU DO NOT QUIT, YOU LET IT RIDE.

And if you are trying over and over again, YOU WILL HIT 7. It's just bound to happen, on a book you can make any pick you want, there are no limitations whatsoever...

I want to try this approach with 9 wins. Hit the 50k (or wherever i'm at after 9 wins)...cash out, go STRAIGHT BACK TO $100. Even if it takes you 100 tries to get to your next 9 win streak, YOU ARE UP ROUGHLY $40,000 (not including your 2nd successful 9 win streak for yet ANOTHER 50k.)

Just think, I would have made over 450k SO FAR THIS YEAR, (minus a bunch of $100) tries...with limited options on sftc...crazy.

That is true Vectors,,,,i think we have all tried this at one point. not to far back i ended up turning 3$ into 600$ doin that. i think with how hot you are, you oughta give it a go. but when you get to around 5 or 6 straight right, to pull half of your winnings back and make an extra bet to cover what you took back. that way you're still a winner no matter what.

Clear out your cache and your pic should update. Sometimes you have to click refresh with the cache. Works everytime.

We have all tried the double as you go approach. The problem with starting with a $100 is you will go broke. I agree with EG you have to start small and then pull some money out when your streaks get high enough. I have been doing this on Bodog quite successfully. I got down as low as $2 and built back up to over $100. Thats the way I play it unless I see something really hot and put bigger money on it.
