THE BATTLE INTENSIFIES! 

The intensity level has gone up a couple of notches in this Championship battle as both Gladiators went 2-1 today. Masterone did make up some ground gaining 21 points on Grambus. The Gladiators are gearing up for the Final Weekend and the Home stretch. There's only 4 days left and this battle is from being decided.

GRAMBUS FALLS VICTIM TO MASTERONE'S STARE GAME

Masterone did it again. He stared down Grambus as he completely fell apart. Grambus went 0-3 to lose an incredible 320 points. As a result of this disastrous day Grambus gives the lead back to Masterone. Masterone has used this strategy several times during the Tournament and has proved very successful for him.

Streakmaster, could you please add soccer and tennis matches to Survivor picks? So much more selection and opportunity for picks if you did. Do you guys have any plans coming up for them added?

I definitely would like Soccer don't know about Tennis though.

INTRIGUE AND DRAMA RULE THE DAY!

The Battle Forum Championship enters it's final day today. It's the end of a 2 month journey for these Gladiators as they fight for the coveted Battle Forum Championship. Grambus has saved his worst performance for last. He's lost 8 of his last 10 and has had 3 days in this battle where he lost more than 300 points. 

Masterone has applied the same strategy every round, picking his spots and watching his opponents flame out under his stare. But has Masterone played himself. He has to pick at least 2 games today or he will forfeit the Championship. It will be the first time in Battle Forum history if that happens. But the mere fact that Masterone is forced to pick at least 2 games today leaves the door open for Grambus to steal the Trophy. So stay tuned today as the Battle Forum IV wraps up today in dramatic fashion.

GRAMBUS SETS THE STAGE!

Grambus did what he needed by going with 2 Big Dogs that came through. Milwaukee and Oakland both came through for Grambus giving him 407 points and putting the pressure on Masterone. Masterone has to make 2 picks and if he loses both than as long as Grambus wins or stays pat Grambus would be the new Champion. If Masterone wins one of the games and and Grambus loses his final game then Masterone is the new Champion. Stay tuned for the conclusion of the Battle Forum Championship.

MASTERONE WINS THE BATTLE FORUM CHAMPIONSHIP!

Masterone won the Battle Forum Championship in a most unusal way. Masterone was forced to pick today and he went with the Yankees and Over. Well the Yankees lost but the Over Pushed and that was the diffence. Meanwhile Grambus did what he had to do and picked 2 longshots, Milwaukee Brewers, Oakland A's and the Yankees. The Brewers and A's won but the Yankees lost yet again and putting Grambus net gain at 307 for the day. Meanwhile Masterone was forced to pick so he took the Yankees and the Over. The Yankees lost and the Totals pushed for a net loss of 110 for Masterone. Masterone knew that the only play Grambus had was the Yankees to overtake him so he took the same side plus played the Total because he needed one more pick. It was brilliantly played by Masterone. Grambus gained only 307 points and it simply wasn't enough to overtake Masterone. It's the 1st time in Battle Forum history that both finalist finished with negative points. Masterone will now don the Champions gear as the new Champ of the Battle Forum. Congratulations to Masterone on a job well done.

Thank you fans of the Battle Forum. Battle Forum IV was our most successful Tournament to date. Congrats to our new Champ Masterone. If you would like to become a Gladiator and join the next Battle Forum Tournament we will post on this thread to keep you updated. Our next Tournament maybe centered around March Madness. We will see. Thanks again.
