Hope everyone's having a great weekend! Started the week off with a tough loss on UMass. Not exactly how I wanted to kick things off, but that's gambling for you! The homework pointed us in the right direction, and UMass got the win, but unfortunately, missed extra point and little mistakes can make a big difference when you're trying to cover a spread.
We're not going to win every bet, and I'm certainly not going to pretend otherwise. The goal is to stay discipline and keep finding the right opportunities.
New day, fresh slate, and plenty of football ahead of us!
Let's see what we've got cooking today!
Not sure how many of y'all actually read through my analysis, or if you just scroll straight to the picks. Either way, I'm going to try to keep my research short, simple, and straight to the point this week. I still put the same amount of homework into every matchup. I'm just going to save y'all from having to read a whole college thesis before kickoff! Also, I am lazy right now. It's late!!
To start the action:
Tulsa -3 (Huge Target)
Tulsa First Half -1.5 (small target)
Why??
The biggest edge here is Tulsa's offensive production and ability to protect the football. Tulsa is averaging nearly 30 points per game compared to Tulane's 22.5. The turnover margin also favors Tulsa at +10 compared to Tulane's -3. Tulsa has scored at least 35 points in three of its four conference games, and I believe their offensive firepower and ability to create turnovers will be the difference in this matchup.
Give me Tulsa to pull off the road victory!

Delaware is starting to find its rhythm at the right time, coming off back-to-back wins and putting up 96 points in those two games. QB Nick Minicucci has been playing some excellent football, and I believe the biggest edge in this matchup is Delaware's passing attack. Kennesaw State has struggled this season, and I see Delaware taking advantage of that defensively. If they continue moving the ball like they have lately, I see them walking away with another road victory.
GOO DELAWARE!!
Penn St +2.5 (Huge Target)
Penn St First Half +1.5 (HUGE TARGET)
WHY??
The biggest edge here is Penn State's defense, especially their secondary, which is allowing just 141 passing yards per game. They also have the stronger rushing attack, coming off a 269-yard performance against Purdue. Washington has struggled to establish its running game, and I believe Penn State can control the line of scrimmage, limit big plays, and come away with the road victory.
PENN ST BABBY!
Kansas -3.5 (small target)
Kansas First Half -1.5 (small target)
WHY??
Kansas is my pick here. The biggest edge is their offense against a vulnerable UCF secondary. Despite their 3-5 record, Kansas has outgained its opponents by over 800 yards this season. UCF has lost 12 straight road games and is coming off a 41-9 loss to Baylor. Kansas has the coaching advantage, home-field advantage, and enough offensive firepower to take care of business.
Give me the Jayhawks!
Looks like a BLUE WEEK FOR US!! I WILL HAVE MORE PLAYS POSTED, AS THE DAY GOES ON!! BEER PLEASE?

Georgia has the deeper collection of highly recruited players, especially along its defensive front, offensive line and secondary. Ole Miss has high-end offensive players, including quarterback Trinidad Chambliss and receiver Deuce Alexander, but its depth takes a hit with leading running back Kewan Lacy ruled out. Georgia's depth becomes particularly important over four quarters against an Ole Miss team that has several defensive contributors dealing with injuries.
GIVE ME THE BULL DOGS! I'll take the complete team any day over a broken team!
Iowa Hawkeyes -3 (HUGE TARGET)
Iowa First Half -1.5
I'm backing Iowa here. The biggest edge is their defense, especially with Northwestern starting QB Aidan Chiles expected to be out. Iowa allows just 12.5 points and 79 rushing yards per game, and now Northwestern has to face that defense without its biggest offensive playmaker. I expect Iowa to control the line of scrimmage, pressure the backup QB, and make it difficult for Northwestern to move the football.
GIVE ME HAWKEYES BABY!
Fresno st Bulldogs -1.5
Fresno st First Half -1.5
I'm going with Fresno State here. They've been the more consistent team offensively, and I trust their QB play more. They've also done a much better job taking care of the football, with a +9 turnover margin compared to Utah State's -4. Looking at their shared opponents, Fresno has performed better there as well. I like Fresno to get the job done!
Looking like a BULLDOGS kinda night!! WOOF WOOF! LOL

No Sir, I am definitely done going to a cowboys game this year. I went to two this year. Both LOSES, the first one was against the BUCS. I was so confident we would win too! haha COWBOYS ARE TRASH! I'm thinking about getting some tickets to go watch Stephen curry turn up against the Mavs with my kiddos on the 18th of this month. We will see.
Enjoys the Stars game brother. I'm not much a of hockey fan, but I heard going to a hockey game is very fun tho!
