No they have to score twice.  Choose one or choose both I just don't see how the game goes over without both teams scoring.

 Much worse to lose plays at -150 or -160, because your break even point is raised significantly. Those are bank roll destroyers. That's why you see LA using parlays to bring odds back into a manageable risk reward zone....

Somehow I remember the USA continually playing European teams and giving up goals.  I consider Bosnia a European team and I'm biting on the suspect line:

YES BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE USA/BOSNIA (-115)...BIG PLAY!!!:  I'll go down with this play the USA rarely if like NEVER has a clean sheet, meaning they seem to give up goals.  And as stated above I think they do vs. European teams.  Their matches have been high scoring.  The total is juiced to the OVER both in regulation as well as in the "including extra time".  That can't happen for the USA alone.  If it does, I'll be elated b/c we won and hopefully I didn't get murdered wagering. 

I'm not here to convince anyone, it certainly might lose.  I just don't think it will. Sorry for the late add, tail or fade, good luck to all..
