they are very difficult, what should I grill ???

I don’t have to entertain Hollywood elitesan_roll_laughbut  I  would go stuff chicken or buy chicken breast/pork/beef and make kebabs, peppers/onion/ maybe feta and you would have flaming hot thread in covers Food forum.an_worship

With 9 people assuming all adults , place I get stuffed chicken you could get 8 would be like 80-90 bucks but ton of  meat, assuming their will be sides/salads.  I wrap them in foil and put them in grill and low and slow them, no worries.

When we have more than a handful of people over, I find the Kabobs easy to do for 10+ people. Simple, can do two or three different styles peace_5

Old people don't like tough food. if you don't want to dish out $ on a nice beef tenderloin. I always win out with either a pork tenderloin marinated in port & cranberries or a chicken kafta
