It's fits the narrative of finishing a career with a world cup victory.
Admittedly, his teams have not been the best but it's his mannerism during every world cup. He reminds of a very young LeBron James who froze in the playoffs but he figured a way through it. This guy is just overrated plain and simple. The original Ronaldo (Nazário) was a better player. God only knows what may have become of his career if knee injuries did not interrupt it in his prime.
