If both win, both qualify for at least the playoff round

Algeria/Uganda DRAW +319

Uganda can't catch Algeria for top spot as they are 4 points behind.  For Algeria this is a meaningless game and this is Africa so who knows if they will do Uganda a favour and let them draw.  A draw puts Uganda to the playoffs.  Worth a shot at those odds.  Maybe even 0/0 score line is worth a play
