left yesterday early w friends for Santa Barbara Mountains , christmas event at a vineyard , bbq , later Solvang (small Danish town) , packed , you couldn't walk , 68 , 80 and 100+ people in line at the bakeries to get something sweet , a mulled wine etc , terrible , never again , dinner ...

result : wife sick in bed , really sick , just too much , i told her before you need rest , not add to to the stress

peace_5 she always bounces back , took care of everything in the office this morning and took her of the schedule for tonight 

she asks for banana , toast ginger , ale , her way ....
