may i advise to try Physical Therapy for your knee , it works wonders 

10 hours and you will know all the exercises and can do it from home

 I was in a car accident last January. Hit and run driver destroyed my car. I was going to physical therapy for my back and neck until 3 weeks ago. I barely started walking 5 miles again, like normal. Damn camera next to the gas station and they couldn’t get the plates off the criminal that did it. I have good insurance, so it payed for it all. I just hope my premium doesn’t go up too much.

last week went to WEGGIES,  everyone at the self check out, a dude came in with his cart to enter, and bumped everyone and was all mad ..WTF... everyone stopped and we were all like WTF 

yeah , never been that bad 

the major streets here in my area are like freeways , almost race tracks , with plenty of accidents 

no wonder car insurance goes up every year , we pay for all of these bums

 It’s life, hit and runs are rampant in California. Especially from intoxicated drivers.

 Especially Friday and Saturday nights. The crimes I’ve witnessed. But I’m old now, so I don’t really go out much anymore. But the homeless issue, hit and runs and crime has gotten out of hand in California. We need stronger punishment for criminals.
