The odds posted will be the average odds shown at Oddsportal, if not mentioned otherwise. (I only use Pinnacle and “Bet In Asia” -this is a brokerage, so I get usually better odds than these.)
I will post all the scheduled time starts for matches in Central European Time (CET), as when it is possible, the matches will be centered in Europe. Starting bankroll is 100 units.

* The reason for the postponement was a problem with the aircraft carrying the Avaí team to São Paulo for their connecting flight to São José do Rio Preto. The flight cancellation prevented the delegation from arriving 24 hours before the match. The match is rescheduled to be played on Saturday, Aug 3, 21:00 CET.
Per general bookmaker rules: "If a game is postponed before any action takes place and rearranged for a later date, all bets on that fixture are declared void and stakes are refunded back to customers. Customers can then, if they choose, make the same bet on the rearranged fixture."
Some bookmakers, like "Pinnacle", have a specific time limit given for postponed games: "General Rules, 3.: If a fixture isn't started 12 hours after its scheduled starting time all bets on that fixture will be voided."
Other bookmakers, like "Bet365", give an option to the bettor to let stand or cancel the wager: "Matches Postponed, Brought Forward, Abandoned or Interrupted: An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes unless it is played within 5 days of the original scheduled match time. In which case the bet will stand unless cancelled by mutual consent."
