they must have cut the wire , not when they dug the whole for the post with the cam mounted on , but when they put it in / cement base 

this will be a huge mess to fix i am afraid , a lot of digging , and that right in front of my hedges , i am afraid they are going to cut their roots as well 

and all of this because of the wife and her obsession with surveillance cams
