agree , build a house and rent it out to Americans for top dollars 

i have good connections , wife's sisters husband is from El Salvador , a huge clan , they have good connections over there when it comes to finding properties , how to get them , permits , building etc

it is , even dangerous in prime areas like West Hollywood and Beverly Hills , mainly burglaries and armed home invasions , or robberies 

down South no problems , Newport Beach , Laguna Beach , cops do not fuck around there 

we have hope with our new DA in LA County , a hardliner , things will get better
