So only difference between win to the nil and a clean sheet is that the winning team has to at least score once while maintaining a clean sheet?

 Exactly. It's rare to see me post a clean sheet with a ML as well. It really just comes down to how books term it and what markets are available. It was a 3-leg parlay, so I structured it this way, but easily could have been a 2-leg:

There is the Benfica goal. This team I never understood. I should them to the list of teams never to bet on or against. So you must one shoot on goal the first 72 minutes (that one shot being a PK) in which you had a man advantage for 30 of those minutes (if you include added time). But almost immediately after you get your own red you say okay now time to tie this up. Odd. Just odd.
