Only once. It was a baseball game that they graded as a loss. I emailed them and they fixed it up.

2wice in the past two days. Yesterday I asked if they could show me where I was going wrong because it's so convoluted to read the details from my end. They sent two attachments with everything. Problem was, it was someone elses account! I said don't worry, I will delete it - just forget about it.
This time I even took a screen shot of the ticket figured wrong. They screw this up and I'll tell them the obvious and why I am out of here.
