I do not think Mateo or G.Stewart will get picked. I would rather have Sutton if you want a ball playing lock.

After thinking about this all day, why even name a squad? Why not say to every player eligible for NSW 'you are all on notice, and all spots are up for grabs'?
 
What does this squad say to the players who aren't named?
 
Why 40? Why not 50? 60? 80?
 
Why name a squd before the City v County game? Why play the City v Country game on the same night as the fucking Test match?
 
While we're at it, why have a Test match played before the Origin series?

How does Minichiello, Hoffman, 2shits and Laffranchi deserve a go in front of Hindmarsh, Heighnington, Prior or Young?
