Redskins wins s/u. Better all around team, extra week to prepare, and getting 2 good defensive players back from suspension. Cowboys wins are with the Giants and Rams, in which Giants put up 31 against them. Expect RG3 to torch this defense.

It's almost a FACT that Dallas is a good team and Romo is having a banner year.   I know that Washington is a tough div opponent.....but educated NFL fans know full well that the Dallas team that ALMOST beat Denver would have beaten at at least 85% of the NFL with that offensive display.    It's almost a joke to speculate that Dallas will lose becuz they aren't that good.      Think about it....Dallas almost beat 2 of the best teams in KC and Denver.   Just imagine what they have in store for a retread team like Wash.

Ddd-I agree, everyone is starting to believe Dallas is a good team. Only problem is they have the great ability to choke when expectations are high. The public and experts are high on this team and think they will blow out this Redskins team. Dont you think the Shanahan's will have something up their sleeve for this game?Last year the Redskins swept this team. And in previous years game hasn't been decided by more than a TD.
Redskins are 6-0 ATS in their last meeting IN Dallas. Make that 7-0 this weekend.

Yes Dallas put up a good fight against KC and Denver....but who has Denver and KC really played? No one. ( Jaxonville, Giants,
Oakland, Philly, Titans, and Ravens?) Redskins has had games with GB, Detroit.

Taking the points with the Skins is the smartest NFL bet of the week.

LOL.. how dumb are we as Americans on that nickname of this team!!...any way ) Dallas is Dallas, they will BREAK your HEARTS  Cowboy Fans..they play Denver to the end & almost win, this week they will show their TRUE COLORS !!

Dallas will not lose two in a row at home ain't going to happen with jerry still butt hurt over last week game tony will have Austin back in the line up this week so look to Dallas to cove this one easy

Yeah, I remember this time when Dallas lost at San Diego too. They were so impressive. 

Don't react too heavily to last weeks game. They came out at home as if that was their little Superbowl and still lost.

I like the Skins +6. RG3 had the bye week to rest that knee. I see him coming out sharp and keeping this one close.

Dallas is so inconsistent, and last weeks loss may have taken a lot out of them. I'll take the points in this one.

So, Miles Austin coming back to this offense doesn't scare anybody?

How close were the Cowboys to being 4-1? Taking (arguably) the 2 best teams in the NFL to the brink? Yes, in both cases they F-ed up in classic CowGirls fashion, but no other team has even come that close - especially with the Broncos....

Call me crazy, but I'm taking Dallas and giving the 6 - the points seem like juuust enough bait to get people excited about what should be a close game - but I'm seeing it more like 32-17, Romo & the offense keep it going from last week......

"Team Shanahan" ain't exactly been scaring anyone lately.....

The Redskins are not good and the Cowboys are little better.

This line is right as the Cowboys win by 7.

The Redskins have given up 440 yards per game..... Ranked last in the nfl

Tony Romo broke a franchise record for passing yards last week, and almost an nfl record..... Last time I checked Dallas has had some good abs historically......

I expect the cowboys to show up in prime time and SMASH the Redskins in big D. 

Redskins won't be able to run with this offense....

Sprinkle a little revenge factor on that......


Redskins might upset them later in the season in WASH on that slow grass.....

But in perfect weather conditions I think Romo can out up another 40 points this week.....

Who can endorse a winless Redskins team ?

Dallas put up 48 points last week -- that barely lost to the mighty Broncos. They went toe to toe with Denver , almost won . Romo threw 500+ yards !

You kidding me right , you only have to give up 6 ?  Cowboys Roll -  Dont even over think it.

Did you not see the game the other week? The Redskins WON that game by double digits. And I had to call you out on this one...No way Dallas wins this by 21 pts. Dallas has not beaten anyone by that much all year, except for the lowly Rams. And the Skins have not been blown out all year, except by Green Bay. 

Look for the Skins to win this game outright, in a close one....And please don't get me started on why Dallas almost beat Denver...that was obvious.

Poor Tony Romo...guy was throwing a perfect game and threw a cookie to Peton Manning with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th. At least he covered the spread!
Which is usually all we care about on this degenerate thread. 

I think it's easy to confuse this Redskin team with the team from last year that had the dual running threat of RG III and Alfred Morris. Last year they ran the read option more than any other team, and they did it very successfully. The results were huge running lanes for Alfred Morris, and lots of points for the Skins. Even in their week 4 win at Oakland, they did not let RG III use his legs. 3 runs for 10 yards?? What's the point of having a Ferrari if you're going to just drive it around the block? Eventually, you have to take it on the highway and open her up!!! How could you enjoy your ride if you are going to obsess about every mile you put on the car? If you're that worried about the mileage, then use your Volvo!!! (aka Kirk Cousins)

Can someone with connections to the Shanahans please chime in if they know if this bye week will in anyway change the way they use RG III. Did they really draft this guy to be a pocket passer? With 72 total rushing yards, RG III is now being out-rushed by Christian Ponder, EJ Manuel, Jay Cutler, Geno Smith, Andrew Luck, and Alex Smith!!! (and of course Russell Wilson, Kaepernick, and Vick). I think it's safe to say he won't be eclipsing the 800 yards rushing he had last year.

So if you take the skins, you're banking on a bye week being the answer for an issue that's been plaguing them for the first 4 weeks of the season...you're banking on Dallas having a letdown effort after that cooler against Denver (which I don't see happening on a Sunday night game)...your banking on the Shanahans covering their 7th consecutive game against the Cowboys (now that's an angle and an impressive feat!!!)

Given the historical dominance of the Redskins covering against Dallas, and the extra time off from the bye, I am tempted to take the skins. But I would like to get some inside info from a devoted redskin fan with connections that this will be the week RG III and the Shanahans pull the bandaid off and see if he can take a hit.

Have no inside info. I just know that Dallas is an up and down team...and after that last game I expect them to come out flat in  this one. I see an UNDER play here as well, although it appears to be an OVER game I doubt it will go over.

Fading or Tailing this would likely lose either way as it looks like you'll be somewhere around 3-3 but best of luck anyway. I am on the opposite side as you with the Cleveland game. I don't like Cleveland's chances to win 4 in a row. According to covers, they haven't done that since 1985.

Cowboys D has alot of holes and with the Skins coming off a bye,this will be a very important divisinol game for em. Not sure what frame of mind Romo will be in after passing for 500+ yrds n still losing? wow!. This guy is doing it all,and no1 else can step up for him.
