Oh i was wondering how sure are you on this game Caro vs Tampa B as my research Caro never lost at home and with a average of 22 points game in last 5 games. Other side of hand Tampa Bay average of 19 points of games in last five meeting. Therefor tonite hot pick is

The Panthers tend to start off strong in the first half in home games. Not much more to add to what has already been said but I'm leaning on taking the Panthers in the 1st half.

My advice would be to stay away from this game.... TB destroyed Carolina last time... but that was in Florida.....
 
Carolina is undefeated at home....
 
This is monday night football.... anything can happen.....
 
3 points is irrelevant, these teams are jsut as good as the other, and its going to be a matter of who shows up...
 
TB isn't good on the road, but their defense is top rated....
 
It will come down to who can run the ball, and if TB can stop Steve Smith....
 
I see a high-scoring affair on MNF despite the powerhouse defenses....
 
Safest Play is the OVER.... so that's what i'll be on....
 
but this game is way to close to call.... Tough to beat a team twice

Over is the safe bet. Both teams have strong defense against the run.  There will be more passing.

Tampa Bay has the better defense over Carolina but Carolina has a better rushing offense.  At home, Carolina plays a lot better, they were able to shut out the Saints offense to only 7 points while Tampa Bay allowed 20 points.  With homefield advantage, I'll take Carolina -3.
