Yo Irish what up man. I am back again this year, at least until I get my behind kicked enough to bail on the season. Not bad so far this year but too early to feel good. I almost hate writing my thoughts cause when I do the losses usually start to pile up on me. 

I have to disagree with the Eagles being good against the run in the past. I am Philly born, raised, and still live here. I used to be a fan until I started seriously gambling. And I remember sitting there watching the games and screaming why cant they tackle anybody? The only LB names I can remember are Mark Simoneau, Carlos Emmons, Barry Gardner, and that beast with a guitar Dhani Jones. Trotter was tough for a year or two, but the run defense was weak even when their defense was considered pretty good.

The secondary was all they had for many years in the early 2000s, while the middle was soft and got gashed constantly. And they had a pass rush then too. When Jim Johnson died and Andy's era ended, it all really fell apart and hasnt been rebuilt that well since. 

I really cannot see this being a low scoring game unless both teams' offensive units are totally flat and inept. 

The Eagles secondary is garbage and the Colts will not need to run the ball. Andrew Luck will do all the running they need to keep moving. 

The Colts, who ARE historically terrible against the run, should get gashed by the run tonight even with a patchwork offensive line leading the way. 

The Eagles fast pace should give the Colts a few more possessions than a normal game too. 

I cant pick a side, the last with the ball will probably win and cover. If i had to I would take the points. 

I really hate that the line movement says stay away from the over. It also seems to say to take the Eagles. Current underdog trends say Eagles too. But I only think the Eagles win in a high scoring game, and I can see a 30-27 final. Can it get to at least 27-24 with either team going on a final drive to tie or win? It could be there by the 3rd quarter. Guess thats why its called gambling.

Just officially teased this piece at philly +9 and under 59.5...almost too easy. Colts prob lose straight up and this is coming from the biggest colts fan on this site. Bjorn Werner is their best defensive player, nuff said. Take the eagles and the under

Although Eagles had a nice comeback last week, they were not so impressive FH.  Looking at the stats between the two teams, Eagles dominated in every way but you're talking about 1st game versus two completely opposite opponents, the lowly Jags and the mighty Broncos (superbowl favorite).  Everything is reverse of last week's games for both teams.  Indy is 1st at home while Philly is first road.  I also expect T. Richardson will do some major damage today.  Andrew luck is known as a comback kid, I think it'll be safer to take him at home.

Colts -3 (but will wait till game start, maybe line will move to -2.5)

Yeah theyve squeezed about as much as they can out of the Luck story line as they can,  with all the public on the money the line hasnt changed so I am taking  whats left of my bankroll after yesterdays  WWF screwjob and  going with the Eagles  ML

Philly backers can thank the Colts coaching staff for calling a pass play on 3rd and 9 (and the refs for not calling a possible illegal contact foul) when in field goal range with a little over 5 minutes to play.  If the Colts run it there, they force Philly to take a TO.  Vinitari typically makes what would have been a 30 something yard FG. Score would be 30-20 with 4 minutes and change to play.  Much different game down the stretch.  Amazing how a game in the NFL can turn on a couple of plays and be the difference in the game.  Colts and Under backers, that was a tough beat.

Is it not clear yet that the refs call what they are told to call?  NFL refs have direct contact with the league office while on the field.  These are not games of chance, they are rigged betting competitions. When you back the public for prime time games, you will always be a loser in the long run.  The Public is now 2-5 ATS in prime time games this year.

I love how you clowns come on here stating that the games are "fixed" or "rigged betting competitions".  You have enough evidence to go to a district atorney and present evidence that would warrant a grand jury indictment?  If so, I would love to see it.
