Taking the points here.seems like JAX play better on the road and Philly plays so-so at home. JAX has better defense than Eagles. I just can't see Eagles scoring more than 30 pts and Jax will put up some pts against this middle of the road Eagle defense

28 - 20 Eagles.

A small play on JAX moneyline is tempting if only because of how unpredictable NFC East teams are.

I actually think Jacksonville will improve this year and has a better D to hang in games and give them a chance to win but Philly is for real this year. Might have ran into the wrong opponent week 1. 10 is a lot but leaning eagles sunday.

Man, it's tough to play at the Link! Especially opening day, and you're a crap team..... 10.5 seems about right, but this Philly team is tasting that division win already (due to the rest of the division sucking donkey).......

I'd like to say the Jags can cover 10.5, but I'd also like to say my wife is Kate Upton with no gag reflex.........

Philly minus the points, gotta go with the gut and just hope for no last minute "shenanigans".

I don't care what Chip Kelly says about they have more than enough receivers to make up for the production of Desean Jackson. Losing him means they lost the double team coverage Jackson gets that left other Eagle WR open. I don't think their offense will score as many points as last year when other teams now had a whole offseason to game plan the Chip Kelly offense. That being said their offense is still one of the best in the league. Just don't think scoring production will double like the talking heads are saying. But I could be wrong

I am a Philly fan and I can tell you Desean Jackson was rarely double covered last year. DJax said that to the media and several scouts throughout the league confirmed that was false. Not saying losing that production does not hurt a team but he was a product of the system. Good luck to him in Washington but Eagles LARGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eagles incredibly large.  Eagles will be a 10+ win team and this will be the first of many easy wins on a cake schedule.  Jackson will be missed but don't be fooled, this is a run team and McCoy cannot be stopped. Maclin's return will help with Jackson's departure and he will be close to 100 yards every game.  

On the other side, Chad Henne is going to get the most snaps of the season and always manage to throw more INTs than TDs.  Toby Gerhart is starting at RB along with 3 rookies at WR.

this is best game on board my opinion im a cowboys fan and get to watch eagles and they will blow out Jacksonville and for the guy counting on bortles hes not starting
