Don't ask me how, but the Colts beat the Texans again. Sorry w8, your Texans get off to a bumpy start.

Have to wait till the opening line, but as for now it looks like the Colts & Under.

 

I like ther way Peyton responds off a divisional away loss, he usually comes back with a win the following season. Houston beat them at home in last years opener, I expect Peyton to pull out the win at Reliant this year.

Houston may not make the playoffs BUT to them this is a playoff game and being it's week one the Texans should be ready for another shot at the Indy team that they dream to replace on top on the division. I expect plenty of aerial fireworks again in this matchup.

My guesstimate is Houston-30 Indy-27

IND +6 (1u) - with Peyton most likely out, the money is piling on the Texans, I'll take the points.  I may wait til game time to see if it reaches +7 before i pull the trigger.  Colts 21-Texans 17.

With Manning at the helm i still loved the Texans in this game and what looks to be that he will be out for this game I will gladly take Houston in a blowout , Kerry Collins really has not had anytime to figure out this complex indy offense that they have run for years and some of the indy players have expressed they're feelings about it , with that in mind i think Houston will Score at will here with big days from they're stars on offense i think they are capable of winning what looks like a weak division this year and probably win 9 or 10 games this year .

Colts without Peyton, that's no good !  Line at -9 as of this posting, Houston wins with ease !

texans in a big win.  major defensive acquisitions for hou highlighted by daniel manning should assist in houstons only weakness last yr.    indy is like a headless chicken without manning and theres no way collins handles the blitz and d formation adjustments.

They beat them last year in TX by 10, i see no good reason they wont be able to do it again.

A Manning-Less Colts or a Foster-Less Texans, which is the lesser of 2 evils? Granted, Kerry Collins couldn't even fill Eli's shoes, but is that worse than having no running attack at all? Nope. I think 9 is too many, even if Foster does play (which I just saw a report that he might). This line might even push the 10 to 10.5 mark by game time, if not, I might tease it up to that with something else. Give me that all day.....

Well I am going against the grain here....Kerry Collins has nothing to lose and neither do the rest of the Colts, defense helps get it done and Colts cover.....crazy I know

Regardless of Foster playing or not, the backups for the Texans will carry the load, tate + the rookie. Texans win big. -13.5 I'd still take it.
