Tampa Bay is the pick here. Aaron Rodgers came into the season with teams not knowing much about him. After 3 weeks of regular season the Bucs now know what to expect from him. This will be his toughest challenge this year. He will be on the road and he will make mistakes, he will fall off this week. Tampa wins by 10!

    AGREED !!!
Everyone is all over Aaron Rodgers and why ?
He has played one good team and lost. The officiating and home field helped Dallas win against Philly, and they're a better team than G-Bay, so to say that G-bay is the 4th or 5th best team in the league. Ha, Ha,Ha,
This game could go either way.
Aaron Rodgers has'nt proven anything, the refs and home field helped him beat a horrible Minnesota team that could'nt complete a pass.

What the hell is going on here with all the talk about Green Bay losing to Dallas and getting a "moral victory".  What the funk are you guys smoking?  What happened in that game is that Green Bay's defense was exposed and they lost one of their key players for the season with Al Harris.

Also, do not be fooled by the fact that Brian Griese threw the ball almost 70 times last week against the Bears.  That is how you beat the Bears.  They have a damn good run defense, so why would you run right into it?  This week they will control the game and the clock, and force Aaron Rodgers to make mistakes just like he did last week against a tough defense.  If this game was in Green Bay, the Packers would be my choice...in the Ray Jay however, gotta roll with the Bucs.

    Tampa Bay -1.5

Prediction:   Tampa Bay  23   Green Bay  16

I am taking this game off of my playbook to concentrate on taking Minnesota, Kansas City and Chicago+3.5 (buying a hook) on Sunday. I don't like the movement of the moneyline as it correlates to the spread.

Fade the thread and the Public!  Don't be a sucker!

If Rodgers and the Pack thought Detroit was a tough road game, they are screwed here.  Rodgers has little to no experience against the cover 2.  Think Matt Ryan two weeks ago.

Packers vs. Bucs -1 (2 units) - this line reeks of fish but you can actually make a good case for the Bucs too.  Tampa Bay always has a tough defense, and they always play better at home it seems.  Through 3 games the overall offensive and defensive numbers are almost equal between these teams, which is a bit surprising.  The Packers are coming off of a tough home loss to Dallas and you know they need to come out strong to avoid a 2-game losing streak.  However, a big big factor today will be the weather.  No, it probably won't rain, but it will be around 85-degrees and humid... which is about 20 degrees hotter than any given Sunday in Green Bay.  Will they drink pickle juice to keep hydrated like Philly a few years back?  Who knows, but it will definitely make them sluggish throughout the second half of this game.  Brian Griese sucks and I hope he doesn't cost me this game.

Im wiuth BeakaBookie, take Tampa.  Hope some of you cashed large with me yesterday on Alabama, Maryland and navy.  Guys these posts about stats, like dspome kind of record after a stright up win or whatever - means nothing as far as today's matchup.  can we start a separate thread for those who want to review starts instead of handicapping?  GLTA.

Brien Griese is a joke at qb compared to 1st round pick Aaron Rodgers and that prolific Gb offense.

i'm sorry devin, but this pick isnt such a wise one and it seems as if you forgot how long Gruden has been working with the Bucs, their great coaching staff, and their consistently nasty defense year after year.  why would you put alot of stock into betting against a family like the Bucs at home?  it wouldnt surprise me if you continue to see the little things that Aaron Rodgers cant do, and the result of this game being a grudge match in Tampa's favor.

    Bucs - 17      Pack - 9

What's up gentlemen. The website for the book with all my money is down, so I am impatiently waiting for their fix and my fix. Maybe that's a good thing considering how the NFL has been this season. Good Luck All
