when I look at this game I see 5 points as being quite a lot.  However, unlike most I think the packers may have some difficulty moving the ball tonight.  I look for GB to try and establish the running game but it will be tough sledding.  I think were gonna get something like 24-10  vikqueens.

Enjoy your posts....I really think you are one of the people who actually realize (moving forward) how teams match up...most look at the scores of who they played last week, 2 weeks ago...etc...
 
I think you have a valid point with Peterson.....He CAN dominate, but he also can have a mediocre outing. Teams key on him, and can contain him....But, C+....seems a little low....but then again, I dont know your criteria for rating...
 
I actually like Minny tonight....NOT because of FARVE....(I dont like the wishy-wash drama queen kind) and NOT because of Peterson....
I LOVE MINNY because of their Defence.  Period. 
 
I just think people over-analyze games. 
 
Plus,  I think Packers struggle putting points on the board....
Minny should win this....unless the refs step in and change the game (Been Known to happen!)

Hello All....

I'm going to change course here... I was thinking the Vikings and I was going to just take the OVER...

then I started thinking.....

GB has won the last 5 matchups I believe, might be a little off.... these games are always close...

I can get it at 5.5... that's a pretty big line and I think I'm going to buy a point....

I can see Brett Farve trying to do too much and turning the ball over... I also see Adrian Peterson having a huge game on MNF... but at the end of the day, I think the Packers have more fire-power on offense...

And Fire-power is good.... especially when the Vkings have lost a good Safety....

you might know him, his name is Darren Sharper....

We all know that the Viking defense is going to stop the run, but can they stop the pass?

IT IS NOT THE CASE THAT THE MOST TALENTED TEAM WINS. ACTUALLY, THE HEALTHIEST TEAM WINS HERE. CLIFTON IS OUT, JARED ALLEN WILL HAVE MULTIPLE SACKS, AP WILL GO NUTS ON THE PACKERS RUN D AND FARVE WONT HAVE TO DO MUCH EXCEPT WATCH THE VIKINGS ROLL. IM WITH PURPLE JESUS AND LAYING -4.5.

I don't understand this quote? Pitts didn't win b/c of Big Ben...San Diego didn't lose b/c of Rivers. The game was won/lost in the trenches. Pitt embarrased the Chargers D with 177yds rushing compared to 16yds by SD. And they allowed Ben to stand in the pocket and bake a cake. Phillip nor Ben was responsible for their teams success/failure. The running attack and defensive effort of the Steelers are responsible here.

Ok my friends. I have followed this team for forty years. They WILL win this game. Aside from the obvious of Peterson, Farve and better OF/DF lines the homefield advantage tonight will make a difference. They have got better field position because they are getting better returns from punt and kick off returns. This has given them shorter fields to score. Do you know they have the number 4 scoring offense. I would look to buy down the line if you can. My bet is a teaser with the Vikes +21/2 and the over 391/2. The HUGE drama to this game will lead to turnovers and points. This is the real dilemma to how much the Vikes will win by. Good luck to all. How about those PRO Z posts yesterday! The guarantee lock on the Raiders!!

I have read everything that everybody has written and everyone has good information and points.     I really feel this is a setup game though.    Be very careful on this game.     I have seen it time and time again.    I know Minnesota should win by a ton but this is the NFL.     I predict the score will be close.

Betting on a game soley based off some grade a webmaster made up to generate hits to his site from Fantasy Football addicts is not a very intellegent way of going about your business.
 
Tonights monday night football matchup will not be settled with bret favre vs aaron rodgers, It's got more to do with Minessota's dominate defencive line vs a Green Bay O-Line who has giving up a boatload of sacks and pressure so far this year.

So, the Viking at home is a game that we will likely lose.

This doesn't mean a shootout isn't going to occur. 

I expect Vikings 35, Packers 28.

It's going to be blown out at some point by the running game. More than likely it's going to be Vikings.

What is that ratings system success rate? If it's >51% it's better than mine.

I keep going back to the question: What does Vegas want me to doT-nite?  They want me to take the Vikes (ML 66%, Spread 70%) and the Over (80%).

I dont get it...Detroit, San Fran and Cleveland all put up points on Minny, and Green Bay only lost to Cincy...
