If you bet it at +7 "large" like you say then i must say you're not the sharpest knife in the drawer. It's already +9 in vegas and +10 offshore. Public, sharps, hamsters, aliens, dogs, cats, everyone likes denver. How can you blame them? The jets are utter garbage, the full meltdown comes this week when manning schools rex's blitz and puts on a clinic against that terrible jet secondary.

I'm going with the jets +8...I realize that sounds dumb but jets have a rushing attack that could give Denver fits. My angle is that Denver's D looks like Tarzan and plays like Jane. I also feel you're going to get a way better effort from the Jets after being hulled out at SD. If youre scared of jets D think about this.....they played @SD and vs DET the last two games and that's tough. When playing a softer D the Jets either have won or lost by 8 or less. I'd wait to bet cause the public is going to jump all over Denver so I'm thinking the line will move to 8.5 if not then might want to buy .5 but I don't think you're going to need it

I don't see the Jets scoring anymore than 24 points in this game.  Denver has faced some tough offenses to start the season.  Indy had a mad second half rally to keep it close,  Denver's D was solid in that game until Luck got it going, and Geno is not Andrew Luck.  Kansas City put up 17 points on the Broncos, nothing to bad there.  One touchdown in the Arizona game was one of the luckiest plays of the year, and Seattle put up 20 in regulation on them.  

Maybe 24 points is a bit too much credit to give the Jets even on their best day.

Geno is playing on Sunday DESPITE being benched against the Chargers. I don't think Manning will have a problem beating them by 8 on the road like Chicago did. 

I think the angle here is that the Broncos rarely blow a good team out on the road, but the Jets are really shitty.. 

Broncos -8. Might even get it at -14

Only concern here is how much effort the Broncos will put into this game. It's a long season and they'll need to save their energies for more worthwhile opponents.. with 49ers, Chargers and Patriots coming up, then a three game road trip after that...

that being said, it probably doesn't take much effort to beat the Jets anyway. My gut feeling is the Broncos coast by with a 7 to 10 point win and allowing another backdoor cover. both team's ATS records haven't inspire much confidence with me.. there are better games to bet on than this stinker...

86 % of the betting public is on the Bronco's. Seems like a light line also at 7.5.  The way the Jets have been playing the line should be 14. In a reality it's easy to look at this and say Bronco's ALL DAY but the way football is rigged like we all know it is i'm taking the  JETS+8 LINE WILL JUMP UP TO 9  9.5  AT KICKOFF

I'm a Bronco fan and I'm not wagering one penny on them this week. I'm staying away from this one. Seems a very fishy line to me.

Broncos will be airing it out with Ball injured.  D's improving with Trevathan back.. I expect a score similar to the thrashing they were posting last season.  Broncos win 34-13.

not laying any money on this but I'm taking the Jets and the points.

Manning has had so-so success against the Jets going 8-6 SU, 5-7-2 ATS all time. I know its all in the past blah blah but.. I think the Jets will try harder to perform better in front of their home crowd while the Broncos take it a little easy due to travelling to east coast for a 1 o clock game.

The Broncos won't be quite as sharp as last week..but they'll get just enough points to win the game but not cover the spread. Geno Smith plays poorly again in the first half, then gets benched. Michael Vick takes over gets a TD to Eric Decker and runs a score in himself and we have a ball game. I see this being a 27-20 final score

The Jets were horrible last week but they played well in all of the other games. They blew two games with turnovers. When Decker's out, they have struggled, not enough weapons and Geno keeps making mistakes. I'm not betting this game but it all comes down to the Jets offense. If they can move the chains, they can cover. If they struggle to get first downs, their defense will get tired and Denver will cover.

We are on the same page, but here at covers put me down for the Jets +10, Denver will coast, Jets back door it for the cover.
