Harvin healthy gives Vikes a chance. Cowboy offenesive line will pose problems. Dallas gameplan limits Romo mistakes. Favre is the wildcard and will need a little magic today.

Now, like Bluephinn and another brother said, age does take its toll and it was apparent today with Warner in the Saints game. I don't see Favre running around but why when you are a great pocket passer.
I think that is the edge that Cowboys have, it is the youth and ability to move around as a QB. Romo has that over Favre but Favre has more wisdom. Tomorrow will be decided on youth and mobility cause everyone knows that in order to make long passing plays you need to give your receivers time to get free and a little scrambling is needed. Dude, why do you always find a way to try to bash the Cowboys? You think the Cowboys can't cover the pass/ well they did a pretty damn good job against the Eagles and the Saints this year. Why don't you just stick to watching your hapless Giants, your insight on the Cowboys is nothing more then hatride. Even if the Cowboys win the SB this year you would still find a piss poor excuss.

I'd love to see Minn lose but after studying this game awhile, I don't
think they will.Dallas just has Philly's number so it means not so much. Dallas beat Washington twice-wow (a team that cannot score) They
beat a disinterested NO team-meh. Dallas loses at home to SD when it

If this game was at a neutral field I'd be the Cowboys big and wouldn't think twice. But the Dome is a big advantage for the Vikings, more than the customary 3 points a home team gets. I give them an extra half point for the Dome and another point for the bye week. So off the bat the Cowboys are 4.5 point dogs.
But the numbers also Dallas is statistically the better team. They are better in yards per play on both sides of the ball and they're the better run team. The Dallas front four also has shown a great ability to get to the quarterback without the help of a blitz while the Vikings offensive line has been awful down the stretch.
This is enough for a small play on Dallas +3. It looks like I'll have to buy the hook at this point but it's a worthy investment.

No disrespect to either of these two terrific defenses... but:
I'm betting on
1) Favre... electrifying with a 21-2 TD-INT ratio at home
2) red-hot Romo... in his L7 games he's averaged over 300 ypg with a 13-2 ratio.
3) both defenses can't possibly stop these two guys... not with Vikings' Peterson and Taylor and Cowboys' Barber and Jones to also contend with:
Dallas / Minnesota OVER 45 1/2

I think Vikings have their work cut out for them to win this game. Their D Line outmatches Vikes O line. For Vikes to win, they need a couple of quick/easy TD's from their special teams. Hopefully one early in the game and the other early in the second half. It would be a nice story book finish for Brett Favr to win the Super Bowl. But for the bettor - take the points and Dallas.
THAT'S WHY THEY CALL IT GAMBLING.
