    Give the freakin' Cowboys their due- they crushed defensive minded Philly 3 straight games. Now all of a sudden, the Boys can do no wrong in the eyes of the so-called experts. That being said, let's be realistic. Since the NO's game, it appears that Dallas is unstoppable. But are they?  The Eagles after failing to get the job done with a better than average defense, failed with a 3rd game defensive plan. That coupled with a one dimensional and predictable offense, finally overcame them, and they were routed. The Vikings however, have a very potent offense , with the capababilty of either a "big play", or time consuming drives to keep Romo idle. With a well rounded team especially in all facets of "D", expect that it will be the last game for Romo!!

The Dallas OL simply overmatched what used to be a pretty potent D.  The story is a little different here, as MN D is slightly better and Favre has outperformed Romo, though just a little.  His deer in the headlights look gets D run over here.......   

You have to blieve that dallas will go to the superbowl and most likely win it.

With that being said, Dallas Money Line is a good bet

On paper these teams are almost equal in terms of how good they are; however, the Cowboys are red hot and the Vikings are ice cold.  Hmm, now who usually does better in the playoffs: teams that peak halfway through the season and turn ice cold late or teams that play above average-good during most of the season and turn red hot late? 

 It doesn’t take a genius to see how this is going to play out.

Vikings have no impressive wins of the 12 all season. None. Giants had all but given up by the time the teams met. That, coupled with Minnesota having no counter or answer to the Cowboys arsenal, pass rush and defensive secondary aside. Dallas will at least have adequate blocking to make Jared Allen, K Williams, and Pat Williams a non-issue. Marion Barber will have a fine homecoming; consider this his breakout.

Favre has never beat Dallas in the post-season. Minnesota's offensive line will be the weakness here, and expect sacks and pressures galore.

We have seen this before - The last time Favre faced the Cowboys (Nov. 29, 2007), he was 5-of-14 for 56 yards and he threw two interceptions before being knocked out of the game. The Packers were 10-1 at the time.

vue...the "so called experts"  are the experts.  Trent Dilfer & Deon Sanders>  than a capper with years of experience on a website who plays the ponies.  There is no way in hell I would ever doubt trent, Deon, and most of the tv experts at this time of year.    I make my own decision but STOUT D +  blazing offense.....make mines Dallas to cover.

dallas again for me as i think they go to the nfc championship game. minnesota good but they blew there load too early imo. dallas is the hotter team. and to think theres guys in here still fading them after losing the last several weeks blows my mind. i mean its not like they squeeked out a few victories. dallas plus the points for sure. be back later in the week for more b s. gl to all

All yr we said the vikings would choke that Favre would blow it throw more int's, there was turmoil in the organization, etc etc etc. Well bettors took it in the as**%# . With one of the best passing attacks and a running game to compliment look out wher's Marion Barber been ? Yes Dallas is playing better yes they beat good teams down the stretch they had to or else they would't be here there where on the verge of missing the playoffs. Romo is the key his failures are priceless will they let Jessica in the building notice she wasn/t there last gm hha ha. looking at the Cowboys offense and Defense I really don't see any holes...

solid on both lines, good qb play as of late, great wideouts, great running backs.... linebackers..... corners.... safeties.... tight ends... their only weak position is kicker and he hit a 45 yarder I believe....

After taking the Eagles last Saturday I think Dallas probably looks better than they are.... but if you ask me I would say they can stop Peterson and make Farve beat them....

Early lean on the Cowboys... how can you not love them in this situation.... on the road but in a dome...

  Dilfer and Sanders - GREAT EXPERT CAPPERS ??

            They should be so lucky networks like ESPN are even hiring retired jocks, instead of professional sportcasters! Hell , at best Dilfer was a second rate QB when he played. Sanders, give the devil his due, was pretty decent. However, Neon Deon, was all world and as always all mouth. Tried to specialize in many sports, and hardly an expert in all of them. Pro Bowl return man, decent receiver, and well below average, as a defensive back. Most DBs like laying a vicious hit on a receiver. Not 'ol Deon. My man, avoided physical contact like the plague! ..........As for experts, and dare we say - gamblers and Cappers- don't make me laugh DDDEVIN69.   Why, even you're a virtual expert compared to these clowns! Of course, that's not saying much!!

this game could be like the arizona green bay game,all the talking heads picking dallas all the services and all you hear so far is how hot dallas is and how good they are and romo being the best nfc quarterback,if all this is true why is minnesota  the favorite in this game?

Good Points Jents. Listen, we know how good Dallas O-line is playing and thier defensive front 4 and linebackers are playing wonderful. They look tough, energetic and seem to have a plan. Two keys to me stick out. First of all, lets not forget the Vikings problems since the Arizona loss with thier offensive line. This group has to protect Brett and more importantly open up holes for Peterson. Childress has been getting killed for shying away from the running game over the last 6 weeks, but that O-line has been a under performing.  I don't blame them going heavy with the pass, but this is the playoffs,  they have to get Adrian Peterson going to keep Dallas honest.  Another huge issue, is thier secondary. They let Matt Moore throw for 300 yards down in Carolina and Jay Cutler totally cut them apart as well. Ya Jay Cutler who threw 23 picks this year.  Don't forget. EJ Henderson a stud linebacker was lost to injury as well.  I just think that week 15 Panther loss and the way they finished the season shows some red flags. They got dominated up front by Arizona &  Carolina. Expect Dallas to use lots of play action and they will test that seconday for the team in purple. Ya, I know the Vikes are home, but lets stick with the hottest team in tournament.  I gotta see the Vikes slow down this Dallas O-line and Mr Romo. Cowboys get after Brett and continue to play balance football, on both sides. Cowboys 24 Vikings 20.
