That is A LOT of points to give a team all because their QB is back.

I'd have felt much better about this game if Wallace was still healthy. This is not the team McCoy wants to see in his first NFL start. The percentages say  to take the Browns however. Divisional road dogs over 10 unually perform well and divisional road dogs are a sterling 13-3 ATS. So Browns it is.

On top of that Pittsburgh is one of the few teams that has a losing record ATS coming off a bye week as a home favorite since 2002 at 1-2. That's an angle I usually like to play as they've hit at 60% since 2002 but Pitt seems to be an exception. I looked closely and the teams with losing records in this system were the complete opposite of what you'd think. There were 6 teams under .500 in the system and 4 of them were Indy, the Pats, San Diego and Pitt.

Slight lean on the Browns. Cleveland has usually played competitive ball in Pittsburgh in the past. Don't see no major changes here. Besides, Ben might have to shake off a little rust.

    CLEVELAND   +  13.5

    Pittsburgh - 23                             Cleveland - 20

    Browns +13.5                          over 37

Sounds good to me vue   Pitt coming off SU loss and a bye week, I really don't know how sharp they will be in a big time rivalry match-up vs the Browns.

I'll take the 13.5 and hope the Brownies score some points.

This is way to many points for a AFC North division game.the browns are not a good team we all could agree on that but the one thing i noticed is that they always show up and play hard within the division. ravens only beat them by 7 and Bengals straight up lost so i gotta go with the Brownies even though Big ben is back.

The Browns will keep it close if not win outright here. The Steelers have been dealing with too much QB changes, and it will hurt their offensive rhythm.

i'm with col.j on this one,not going overboard here.regardless of all the hype surrounding big bens return, one would have to think theres some rust going to be involved.timing and accuracy may be a little off.with any luck at all cleve will make a game of it............luck all.............T

Rookie QB starting and a banged up Hillis going against one of the best D's in the league at home after a bye! CLE will be lucky to get a FG in this one. Oh and Big Ben is back too; i'll take PIT laying the points in this one.

I think the score will be in the nieghborhood of the number, 28-14 Pitt, something like that. Like my score reflects, I feel that the Cleveland offense can put up a couple of TD's here to give themselves a chance to cover.

This game is a no-play, imo.

I can't see how Cleveland could score over one TD in this one.  Not to say a few FG's aren't possible.  But McCoy debuting against this defense.  They will bring the heat all day.  Not a good spot at all for Cleveland, and at Pitt with the home crowd jacked up for the return of you know who.  Could get very, very ugly.

    I agree.
If not for McCoy, I would probably go with the Browns at +13.5.
But, rookie QB  + Pit Def. at home = Pit minus whatever.

Too Much emotion at home with Big Ben back, No. 1 D, against a banged up team starting a very green rookie QB

    Pitt  31
    Clev 10

CLE +13.5 (2units)- a lot of points for a rusty QB to lay. While the browns have noodle-arm McCoy at the helm, i'll side with the Browns who've been competitive in their games. The steeler defensive HOG index, Palamalu may win it for them SU, but i'll take the points. Score: Browns 12- Steelers 21
