Still on SF -3, and it would take some real convincing to get me off of them. Dropping 4 in a row to 2 Indy, Houston, ATL and overlooking an up and coming TEN team + playing the HOF coach's old team at home is a recipe for disaster for the Bears. Every SF player will be fired up for this game, and Gore is going to pound it down their throats.

With the majority in here at least on the UN I'll take a guess that public money will also side that way so as usual I'll go with the House, however UN backers dont worry even though I went 3-0 with NFL totals on Sun I am still a disaster calling them (39%) on the year -- VER  43

The 9ers losses have come at the hands of some very good teams .

The bears on the other hand have been banged pretty hard I look for Touchdowns in this game and the 49ers may pull it off at the end but a close High scoring game

The last 6 games played by these teams have gone over!!

In my opinoin the 49ers can play with anyone in the NFL I can not say the same for Cutler and the Bears But they will score!!

I like the under in here but for some of the same reasons you stated I'm afraid of this one going over the total..

Was trying to bank on the Bears reverting back to their strength in their running game and play a more conservative type ball game and not to leave it in Cutlers hands the entire game. I was thinking the 49ers do the same with theirs being unstable at qb.

The Bears defense is not the same without Urlacher but I have a feeling that Lovie will have his defense tighten up in this one.

I didn't have much time for a write up, but my play is posted below. However, I feel Alex Smith will have plenty of time to throw today and the Niners have a better set of receivers and a TE. Olsen will not perform like he did last week. San Fran will set up the run game and I expect to see Gore rush for 110+ and 2 TD's. I expect this game to be close late but San Fran will cover by 8-10 points.

Prediction:
